We had an absolutely fabulous evening with a group of 9 at this charming restaurant. The food was of exceptional quality, the service was both friendly and prompt, and the exquisite selection of wines complemented the rustic ambiance perfectly. Everything came together in such a harmonious way. I wholeheartedly recommend giving this place a try if you're ever in Klosters or the vicinity it's a must visit! Ver carta

Four of us had dinner here about 5 weeks ago. The food was quite good but not amazing. My friend had a bowl of spaghetti with a small amount of tomato sauce for 22.50 CHF (roughly the same as a Euro), my (admittedly tasty) wiener schnitzel was 41.50 CHF and the cheapest bottle of red wine on the menu is 54 CHF for something very average. This is all before any service charge. To be fair, portions were large and generous.I asked for some butter to go with the very good bread (no olive oil, side plates, butter had been given to us) and I was charged 2 CHF for this which is insulting at this level of restaurant.It is a shame as the place has a lot of history and, with a few candles on the table...

After a recent ten days skiing in Klosters and previous trips in years gone by, I can honestly say that this is the best restaurant in the region. If you enjoy good Swiss food, there is no better- generous portions and good variety of dishes all freshly prepared by the local legendary female chef (Innis), who has apparently been there for over 20 years. The wine list has some excellent local Swiss wines and some from further afield at reasonable prices. There is also plenty of other choice of beverages, quite a dangerous but delicious schnapps! There is a saying that goes 'the way to man's heart is through his belly', well that may well be true but let us not exclude women in that regard because my did I fall in love and ever so hard. I would consider myself one of the pickiest eaters to have walked this globe and there was not a thing I tasted (which was an extensive amount) that I did not find utterly blissful. I ate there every single night for 6 days bar one, when alas they were closed. I have had my fare share of Austrian and Swiss cuisine but this is incomparable to anything I may have thought I liked before!
