"After about one year, today we ordered again at Sorrento and we were happy to eat, as our experiences so far were very, very good. Unfortunately, we were disappointed today. First we have approx. 1 hour waiting for 2 pizzas and a gyroscope (we are 1.5 km away... The pizzas were already cold, the Gyros too, for that the herb salad was warm............My pizza Sorrento, otherwise my absolute favorite, was the worst I have eaten for a long time. The soil was too solid and tasted after nothing, the mushrooms came out of the can, the asparagus was bitter, and it was hardly spiced. Very bad! Hopefully the chefs had only a bad day today....and next time hopefully everything is fresh and warm again!"

After about 90 minutes waiting time, we were told on the phone that we are no longer supplied. Without giving reasons!!! SORRENTO does not seem to have to supply everyone anymore!!!!

The pizza didn't get edible, raw with us. We have registered by phone and are immediately unfriendly. The owner has insulted us, we have no idea and became very unfriendly and cheeky. After we demanded our money, he set up. I can't recommend ordering anyone here.

Hey, guys, the food would actually be okay if it wasn't so badly salted. I don't know if they only supply seniors? It's disgusting to me now and even when you say that it doesn't work without salt. My favorite dishes were: lasagna with mushrooms and the burgers also go.

Unfriendly phone service, a food completely incorrectly delivered, additional requests not taken into account, only lukewarm. Two of five dishes unfit, the others just left. Openly shaped meat, many finished products... Badly packed: a dish ran out, bims, etc. The waiting period was ok, but also here the house number was transferred from the telephone service to the supplier incorrectly. The delivery service was very friendly.

Naughty! Driver finds and house does not that can happen to anyone. Food distributed in the box as the lasagna and soup have fallen, also that can happen. Kind of took it and paid plus tip. But letting yourself be puked is already cheeky. But when I found out a little later that the delivery driver probably threw his garbage out of frustration into our garden, the measure was full. We ordered 2 family pizzas Margherita, 1 American burgers and drinks to our school at 11:50. At 12:20 the supplier was already there. He had exemplary a mouth-nut protection and was very friendly. The pizza was okay, the edge was burned a little, and cheese was not saved. The student who had chosen the burger said it was the best of his life, so I assume he must have been really good. Overall, you can say it is not the super gourmet restaurant, but as a meal for the lunch break definitely good. We will order again soon at Sorrento!

I wanted to order food for me and my colleagues for the break. I then said on the phone what company it is and that we would like to order for food. Then an unsympathetic voice said that he doesn't know what I'm talking about, if we'll order there almost every week. Okay, then I asked again if we could order some food. Then the unsympathetic voice answered with As you speak to me not man is thirsty here as a strange person!! Then of course I ended the conversation. Ask me where to learn how to talk to customers. Unbelievable wickedness!

"It's Monday, and my wife and I have a reason to celebrate. But where on Monday night? „Monday Ruhetag“ we read on numerous restaurant pages on the Internet – also in the further Hennefer district. But who seeks to find – and indeed the Bonneria, a Spanish restaurant in Bonn-Beuel, within a range of just 20 kilometres. Vamos! The Bonneria is located in a residential and business district in the heart of Bonn-Beuel. Parking search can be problematic here, the parking spaces in the surrounding streets are usually occupied. A parking space which can be used from 18.00 h in the courtyard of the residential and commercial building, on the ground floor of which the restaurant is located, is small and also quickly occupied. We're lucky and find a narrow car park for our companion. It is warm on this 6th of September, and we have already telephonicly explored whether we have a chance at the 18.00 h on a table on the restaurant's garden terrace, which is next to the parking lot in the yard. The Bonneria does not accept a reservation for the terrace. Our chance of a table at this time is taxed by a service employee to 95 percent on the phone. We can choose a table on the spacious terrace, a handful of tables is occupied. My Dorade wants to swim, so I order a • line Aquavit (2,90 € . Esperando el pastel, and the time passes, the service forces drag court around court from the kitchen, the terrace is now well occupied. It takes a whole while not adapted for cakes and digestif until the sweet temptation and the perseverance are on our table. Pastel de chocolate But waiting was worth it. Aquavit Contrary to the often usual type of serving in the iced glass, the Aquavit is cooled under room temperature, but not served in the deeply tempered Aquavit glass. So my Dorade gets more of the aroma. We let our young jovial man know that dessert was very, yes very tasty. In general: With the performance of the kitchen we are more than satisfied, four stars. The cleanliness tables, cutlery and dishes are clean and the terrace is well maintained. We weren't in the guest room and not in the toilets. We also do not know whether the menage – wooden pepper and salt mill – which we have requested in retrospect, has been treated according to the current hygiene rules. Therefore, the assessment of cleanliness remains open. The price-performance ratio service and kitchen performance are quite okay except for small items.
