Loved this place before. New ownership. It's horrendous. Blokes don't know anything about Turkish cuisine. Will not go back again

This place is excellent Fresh, tasty food always 100% each time you collect or order, great standard They always send you fresh bread and salad with a takeaway which is a nice touch Recommend an of the kebabs with rice, bulger or chips

I first dined in Soul Flame in 2016 and was delighted to return last month and find it just as brilliant as ever. The food is absolutely delicious. It’s freshly and expertly cooked. I’ll not be leaving it another 6 years before returning!

This place was brilliant and I reviewed it as we had been going for years. Change of ownership and the place is awful. Meat is rubbery and totally tasteless. Everything is badly spiced and sauces taste burnt and harsh. Could not be more of a contrast and disappointing. Such a shame! Ver carta

Ordered a take away. It was very expensive for the quantity and quality of food. The salads taste of fairy liquid. The order was missing one of the main courses. The man on the telephone did not speak very good English and insisted I order a small item in order to send the driver back with the missing component. Avoid at all costs. Its rubbish

I ordered takeaway from this establishment last night and the amount of food I received was utterly pitiful . Obviously this restaurant doesn 't believe in courting repeat business as if there was ever an experience to guarantee you never want to spend money there again this was it . I enclose a pic of the chicken swish for 12.50 which is advertised as including charcoal vegetables as you can see I received the tiniest slice of onion and that was it vegetable wise.A very disrespectful , greedy way to treat your customers. Very disappointing.

Cant praise this place more I travel from Richmond to get my takeaway. Great quality ingredients and very good value ! We all love a good kebab and I have had a few in my time but this place is an absolutely authentic Turkish charcoal grill. Special mention for the skewers of lamb chops and ribs even ! Also Chicken wings Kofte Shish. Mixed salads come with pomegranate dressing Garlic sauce or chilli tomato sauce and are generous. The flat breads and pittas are also very fresh smokily grilled. Bulgar wheat Kisir grilled Halloumi cheese and Imam Bayaldi are incredibly tasty ! Staff are very fast efficient and very friendly. Just wish they were in Richmond ! Ver carta
