"I booked this restaurant for a post theater dinner for my mother's birthday. We arrived 20 mins early but the restaurant was able to accommodate us as it was empty, it was around 5:40pm. The waiters were not very welcoming or friendly. The service was slow even though the restaurant was empty. The food was below average. One of my party ordered calamari and when it arrived it was all batter and the calamari was dried out and hard. The mains were below average. I was very disappointed with the food and the service. The restuarant did not even acknowledge that the booking was for a birthday, it was only when i mentioned it whilst paying the bill they offered to bring a complimentary cake with a candle but by then i felt it was too late. It was definitely not the kind of birthday dinner I had planned for my mother. I would definitely not recommend the place and the lack of ambiance in the restaurant was made worse by the building works going on outside."

Outstanding Italian food, close to the Marble Arch monument. Friendly and funny staff, great atmosphere. I would eat here again. We had a party of 4 and everyone enjoyed their food.

We ate here for lunch before going to the theatre... The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was lovely.. Great that they do small portions as well as normal size as pasta can be very filling..would definitely go back..x

Wow Love place and great food The only challenge is that the employees are from different nationalities and sometimes it is difficult to understand the clients. The food is good enough and the price will be lower since it is very expensive

We had an amazing dinner at the Spaghetti House. Going to a restaurant with 3 kids usually challenging but they made it so easy and enjoyable for us. The food was delicious and the tiramisu was the best way to finish it up. We will definitely be back

beautiful small Italian restaurant near oxford street. the service is beautiful and the food is really delicious! typical Italian aromas and incredible desserts. but we were not a big fan of the coffee. but we can recommend eating here! remember that it is quite small, so not the most suitable place for larger groups.

We have visited this restaurant multiple times, group of ladies having a bottomless brunch that turns into a late dinner and drinks. We literally go here for the location, service and staff. We were sad to hear that some of the staff will no longer be at this restaurant and as a result it’s unlikely we will return. We usually book when we leave sadly this time we did not. Management up high need to address this, unhappy staff isn’t great especially when customers return time after time due to staff over food and drink. The food and drink are great but an experience is made by humans.
