"We've been coming to Spaghetti House as a family for a few years but, after our last visit, we won't be returning. One of our party ordered the special Linguine Tarantina, described as mussels with chilli and tomato sauce. We were given a wooden triangle to rest the dish on but told that we wouldn't need it as they had changed how they serve it. When it arrived the mussel shells were stone cold, not room temperature cold but actually freezing, like they'd come straight out of the fridge. We complained and were told we'd be given a new one. It came back in a different dish but instead of providing a fresh meal they had simply reheated the previous one that we'd sent back and served it differently to try and fool us. This is not something that should be done and certainly not with seafood. There was no way we wpuld take the risk of eating reheated seafood so complained again and were told we could order something else. No apology was given and the staff seem to have sadly resigned themselves to how things have declined at this chain. Goodbye Spaghetti House."

excellent food and service. everything was okay, I recommend it. server was fast and friendly. the appetizers came hot and tasty. the main course was great and big.

The service was excellent as always. We were welcomed and seated in good time. The staff were very attentive throughout the meal and we were not rushed at any time. We will go again

my daughter birthday party here, there are nice eating and service, all staff are very nice and helpful. spaghetti house is always my first choice for partying or meeting with friends.

Service great. Food ok. Beer choice fair and no cider which was disappointing. Prawn linguine pasta was very al dente and prawns were overcooked but it was fine. Not terrible and not great.

The staff were rude at paying as I was paying with cash. They claimed there are signs saying they do not accept cash however I could not see any and if this is the case then on arrival at the restaurant they should make this clear.

Staff were fine and service was quick. Tries to make the cross between fast food and restaurant but falls in between yet charges a bit too much. Bruschetta toast was burnt and topping was bland; a little late with the Balsamic and virgin oil. Some of the bread was stale and hard as rock!

the personal here was really nice, informative and simply in general nice people. they let us laugh and quickly bow to our order. even when we were there, until after the closing time they didn't get out. service was beautiful! I came a few days before the 1/4 of the party that I did yesterday, and the personal remembered us and was really nice. the only thing I would say is that our favorite wine is no longer on its list due to Covid effects that are super sad, but everything is good otherwise, thank you!

1). our reservation was not on the system that is inexplicable, as we had received no less than four reminders; 2. the menu offers a whole day every day three cure meal, which is inexplicable, not available. our waiter apologised and said he told the administration countless times that the menu must be updated; 3. my main was very tasty, but served tepid as if the food had been plated for a past before reaching the table; 4. the panna cotta was very good. the only saving gnade; 5. we asked for the bill....and were immediately forgotten, so had to ask again. more apologies overall, quite disappointed. do not recommend and do not return.
