Spaghetti Tree Walton

I haven’t been to the spaghetti tree for a while, ….no reason just life!! But how lovely to visit again on Saturday! The food was delicious the service was amazing despite being very busy!! They had live music too which was brilliant….spaghetti tree at its...best!!

First visit to this restaurant for lunch today....and what a lovely experience. Friendly and welcoming staff (front door opened and given a smile as we walked up the steps)...but more importantly the food was freshly cooked and tasty. We both had pasta and we both...thought it was excellent. It is nice to visit a real family restaurant with genuine warmth....buono.

from the minute we went through the door, the service was brilliant, nothing was too much annoyed, all the staff were very helpful we were a group of 7 (2 children). the food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. we all enjoyed and. are ready to relive, plus an additional bonus was the restaurant is in a beautiful environment all add to a relaxing atmosphere.

so this is our second visit in this facility the first was just eating, half a meal did not come to all foods that had arrived amazing, best milkshake ever cost and I had a beautiful spaghetti carbonara. in the balance for some. foods that do not show up, a discount was promised if we returned this, not materialized. we returned and visited the main restaurant, service is shocking bad, we sat about an hour waiting to serve. when it came to pay, we were offered something special for the bad service that we had that they took the service fee away. it did not feel special.

An hour late to sit down then had to chase to be served. No offer if a complimentary drink even though had to wait a whole hour before sitting at our table. Extremely late to eat. Veal very hard over cooked but so hungry...had to eat it. Steak poorly cooked one has to be returned. Fillet steak hard on outside and raw in middle could not eat it so poor when expensive. Showed staff nothing done or offered terrible when a big lump could not be eaten. By the time we started our mains the singer started other guests dancing right by us all around our table bumping into us. Far too many tables in restaurant tables so close to eachother. Not enough staff

I love this place so much, I was here a few times and enjoyed the whole experience. the staff are super friendly and give them the warmest welcome, along with the food from this world and with a great selection on the menu....I am also gluten free and vegetarian and there is also a good selection of food for me. every court I had was excellent. that's by far my favorite restaurant and I can't wait to visit again. I can't recommend it enough. thanks to the nice manager and all the beautiful staff who are so warm and friendly and for our culinary experience to make perfect from beginning to end. I just wish I would visit you every week. I would recommend a visit.

Unfortunately they forgot our order We were celebrating our daughters birthday. It was Bank Holiday Monday so we booked a 6pm dinner as Tuesday is a working day. The staff were pleasant and the food when we got it was nice but unfortunately they forgot...our order. We waited…..and waited and then eventually asked after we waited 1hr 40mins after our starters. They did admit it had been missed in the kitchen. So after arriving at 6pm we had our meal at 8.15pm. They didn’t offer anything in recompense or any real apology. The very nice waiter laughed it off and said you just can’t get the staff. They still charged £16 service charge. So ……it’s a difficult one. It is a nice place. We experience...

I wavered over giving this review a 3 star which is generous of me, but felt 2 star wasn’t fair as I can’t say our lunch was terrible it just wasn’t good. Menu items weren’t available as ‘out is season’, so why are they on...the menu? My scallops were rubbery and overcooked yet not seared, happens when the pan isn’t hot enough (a rookie mistake), sea bass wasn’t cooked well either and the garlic, wine lemon sauce sauce was harsh and raw tasting. All together badly cooked. The waiter was sweet, it wasn’t busy yet there was no service and I poured my own wine. We didn’t bother with dessert as the whole experience was so disappointing. It’s such a shame as when we last visited pre-covid we love...

it was our first visit, at the door of a very friendly young man, checked our reservation then offered drinks at the bar or sitting at our table, as the bar was so inviting we sat and had a drink to go the world...by the restaurant's decor is really nice and tastefully done, there is also a small sitting area outside. each worker is happy, helpful, polite and attentive, a really good team. we met friends who hadn't seen us for some time, so we're busy chatting when the waiter came to our order, but he wasn't worried and told us to take our time, a waitress came to take the beverage order while we decided. I chose arancini (favourite starter ever) it came beautifully presented with Pomodoro s...
