Als Italiener weiß ich was schmeckt oder nicht. Spätzle hause ist einfach ein Traum.Alle war riesige und natürlich sehr sehr lecker!Mann muss auf alle Fälle das probieren

Es ist ein kleines gutes Restaurant. Das Essen ist lecker und reichlich. Gute Weinkarte. Man muss einen Tisch reservieren, da das Lokal etwas klein und schnell ausgebucht.

It is a beautiful location near the Great Garden. The young employees are very friendly and committed. They serve excellent dishes with fresh ideas. And it's far beyond late.

In a quiet street hidden behind some hedges is this relaxed place where you can sit in and out. The kitchen is very german with spatzle (egg-based noodles) with all kinds of side-dishes. The food is really good and tasteful. Portions are good with the... possibility to get some moore noodles and sauce for the big eaters! Surely a place where we'll come back. Payment was quite difficult, but in the end it worked well.

I was taken here by my colleagues whilst attending a trade fair at the Hannover Messe. The restaurant was very busy with a variety of different group sizes, so there was a very good atmosphere. The food on offer is traditional southern German based around...Spatzle (German egg noodles). For starters I had Potato and Carrot soup which was slightly spiced and served with German bread. For main I had vegetable Spatzle with Turkey in a gorgonzola sauce. The two courses were very good. I enjoyed the noodles and would recommend the Spatzle Haus to anyone visiting Hannover.

Mit der Familie gehen wir seit vielen Jahren mehrmals im Jahr ins Spätzlehaus. Das junge Serviceteam ist immer freundlich. Es gibt vegetarische Spätzlegerichte und Spätzle mit Fleisch. Rumpsteak mit Pesto ist eine super Kombi, die ich sonst noch nirgends gegessen habe. Ein Tagesmenü bietet Abwechslung zu der mittelgroßen Speisekarte. Man bekommt alle Gerichte gerne als kleine Portion, darf Beilagen selbstverständlich ohne Aufpreis ändern, während des Essens wird gefragt ob man Spätzle oder Soße nachgereicht haben möchte. Die Preise sind absolut angemessen. Wer noch nie im Hegebläch essen war: unbedingt mal ausprobieren.

Rustikales altdeutsches Intérieur trifft auf sehr aufmerksames und freundliches junges Bedienungspersonal - die Parallele zu der Küche, bei der traditionelle Elemente (wie eben die kaum zu toppenden, den für das Restaurant namensgebenden Spätzle in unterschiedlichsten Variationen) auf moderne Kompositionen treffen (beispielsweise Kalbsbäckchen in Rotweinsauce mit grünem - !! - Spargel). Die von mir häufig als "Indikator" bestellte Tomatensuppe war absolut top: sehr fruchtig, mit nachklingender dezenter Schärefe und vor allem exakt temperiert: heiß, aber nicht so heiß, dass man hätte fürchten müssen, sich Zunge und Gaumen zu verbrennen. Unsure what to expect, I just went in and ordered a beer at the bar counter near the entrance. Sitting on a bar stool, I could see the main restaurant area up a few steps. There were quite a few diners, mainly couples and groups, many, I suspect, regular customers. Seeing this, I asked for a menu and was then offered a small table with bar stools near the bar, not in the main restaurant area, because, I assume, the unoccupied tables there were all reserved.I ordered a large portion of the speciality salad and it was both huge and delicious.
