"Great choice for dinner. We went with friends on advice of other people who had already been: usually the direct councils work better than social! Often in reviews there are people who do not know how to evaluate prices and quality of products. Being a business: I have a hotel with annex restaurant managed directly from us, I can recognize on the fly the quality of the products and the ability to cook them exalting the product, already good, basic. Needless to give advice on dishes, also because often you go to personal taste, the important thing is to know that it is all great, in a pleasant environment and with friendly staff. It was really okay for us, trust me!"

"Ordunque,parafrasando un vecchio successo di Baglioni... ho girato e rigirato,senza sapere dove andare ed ho cenato a prezzo fisso,seduto accanto ad un dolore..tu come stai... posso solo dire che dopo aver pranzato e cenato all 'antica osteria tiro a segno, non sono stato assolutamente seduto accanto o ad un dolore,ma all 'incommensurabile gioia di provare le creazioni di un giovane ma davvero incomparabile Chef Angelo, il quale mi ha estasiato con la sua sfera di parmigiano con composta di cipolla rossa e aceto balsamico per la quale posso esprimere solo un aggettivo: SUBLIME, tagliolini al tartufo bianco ed un altrettanto perfetto uovo al tartufo nero, per concludere con una deliziosissima panna cotta alla vaniglia, con crumble di cioccolato e salsa agli agrumi. In breve, dopo avere frequentato tanti ristoranti in Italia, posso solo dire che pranzare presso l 'antica osteria tiro a segno di Avezzano, induce il commensale in un 'autentica esperienza mistica,come mai mi era capitato prima d 'ora, esperienza talmente coinvolgente che mi ha convinto a trasferirmi in questa splendida terra d 'Abruzzo, pur di non rinunciare a tanto garbo nella sperimentazione e accostamento delle materie prime e dei sapori, immancabilmente a Km 0. Da non sottovalutare assolutamente la location vintage splendidamente realizzata, e la stupenda cortesia e professionalità nei tutto lo staff, con la grandissima Claudia, pronta ad assistere e consigliare ogni gastronauta in ogni sua singola esigenza. GRANDI DAVVERO."

"Honestly, the place doesn't deserve all this talk because it really is A very ordinary restaurant. My friend works in the kitchen. Photography is prohibited. I told you the truth about the place. The vegetables and carrots that are used to decorate the dishes are washed and served again to the customer. Also, lunch is cheaper than dinner because the chef comes in the evening. He prepares dinner and on the second day it is reheated as a lunch. This is The correct evaluation, with all honesty and credibility, does not even deserve a star. Unfortunately, people do not know what is behind the scenes"

"nice and neat, nothing special about furniture and tables. the service, although basic, enough, certainly to increase the staff as in today's day of 25/04 to lunch the room was full and with only two waiters to manage the room. It is very negative that we found me and my boyfriend is on the food, meat appetizer and cheeses very squeezed and not suitable for two people, surely you could specify or in any case the waitresss since we were in two could recommend it, however the important price. as main dish we chose a type of wagyu meat “Kob type” from 600 grams, shortly after the waitress, we warn that unfortunately the cut was made “a little bigger” and you could think of a maximum of 50 grams 100 grams, instead they were 200 grams according to them even if after the receipt we did not pay for 800 grams but for 850 as theetto costs 7€ but on the receipt instead of 56€. we find an incorrect behavior towards the customer as the meat is sold to the teat and for our opinion of non-butchers we are sure that a 250 grams error is not only for a restaurant that boasts the best types of meat in the area, industry experts as they say. Unlike other restaurants specializing in various types of meat, when you order a sort of fine meat, how the wagyu should be seen the uncooked piece before cooking, what was not done, as a customer how you can understand what kind of meat is eating if you do not see raw? we also wanted to go back with friends not in the place to make it try a reality in Abruzzo, but seen how the lunch went we will stay away."

"Metto 5 stelle per la ragazza delle bevande. Eravamo al tavolo 6. Arriva il cameriere con il cibo… ma bevande ancora non arrivano (bancone pieno di bevande pronte da portare). Grazie a ottima osservazione della ragazza che le bevande ancora non c’erano al nostro tavolo, scende dal banco e in 3 secondi con il sorriso ci porta le bevande. I camerieri che erano in sala passavano e facevano finta di non vedere quel bancone pieno di bevande pronte da molto tempo. Cibo ottimo"
