"This was a nice weekend. We were walking along the Main and decided to eat something. The place looked charming, and this is the only positive thing we can say about it. We took seasonal food with chanterelle/Pfifferlinge. The soup was pure salt, hardly any...other taste could be detected. Main dishes different ones) were a mixture of no taste/no salt/no seasoning parts with completely oversalted other parts on the same plate. We were not able to finish the meal. Service was slow, not always responding to our questions. We will rather not take our friends there, even though we will be living in that area."

This restaurant was my favorit during the jears we lived in Veitshöchheim. You will find your own dish on the menu and shure: your favorit Frankenwein. Best regards from me!

They came to dinner in late summer. Huge cozy winery lasy outdoors in lukewarm summer evenings. Preorder is important how very popular with locals and tourers alike. Nice operation, great wine selection and hearty regional specialties make the visit there an experience. Service: 5 Location: 5.

Our hotel was across the street, but we had dinner here. The food was typical and enough for hungry people! My Schäufele a pork shoulder, could be a portion for a real woodcutter! The price was a little bit higher but still ok. In the...restaurant there is a shop where you buy wine and other products of this area.

I'll start with the drunk, that was the worst I've ever eaten. It came without crust and completely tough, I carried it back into the kitchen itself and got the same after 20 minutes. Cranks and crusts were tasty, the booze still tough and simply bad meat quality. Very bad. The char, the mixed fish and also the carving were very tasty, so a total good judgement. Very bad could have given a nice birthday, but that was our last visit. P.S. cold was the guest room Ver carta

We sat outside on a nice patio after we had made a table reservation on a Sunday night. The restaurant serves good local wines and typical food for the area. It took a long time before the waitress took our order and about an hour...before we got our food but she was very busy. We ordered wild boar and schaufle' which is a pork shoulder with crispy crackling. The best were the potato dumplings. They were delicious. We enjoyed the atmosphere and would go back if in town.

We stayed here for two nights and had dinner in the garden restaurant the first night. The weather was perfect and it was very busy, also a saturday night. We had some lovely food, we took their steak, argentinian beef and it was really nice....We took salad as a side dish, as it was really nice The steak cooked to perfection, and we had a lovely bottle of red wine, Dormina to go with it, a nice choice. Staff very friendly. We would definitely come back and eat here again.
