The restaurant had a charming ambiance, a variety of appetizing menu options, and attentive waitstaff. It was a delightful dining experience overall.

We had a lovely evening. We had excellent food, well presented at a good price with cheerful and efficient service. An extensive menu, nice decor and artwork, good wine, alcohol free Guinness, cocktails. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic evening wreath making and the food was absolutely amazing..as usual the staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Excellent value for money...we will definitely being going there again. Thankyou and Merry Christmas . Ver carta

We had a party of 15 for a bottomless brunch on a Saturday afternoon , and had a great time. The food was very good, and the cocktails were spot on too. All the staff were very friendly and attentive , making for a lovely experience . Great value too.

We had a wonderful lunch today at the restaurant. I ordered the Fish Pie while my wife had the Beef Bourguignon. The dishes were beautifully presented, as shown in the photos, and were only £10 each. We also indulged in a cocktail, which was excellent!

I think they have become complacent, I have eaten here many times over the last 5 years but the service and food were both very disappointing. I had the traditional Christmas dinner but there were no fresh roast potatoes, they served up reheated jacket potatoes... Ver carta

Came here with my partner and it definitely didn’t disappoint, we both had the leak and potato soup for starters and it was really nice and tasty, we both had the fillet steak and both steaks were cooked to perfection, everything here was top class and highly recommended

An extremely busy night, fully booked. What can I say, it was exceptional from start to finish. Birthday celebration and so glad we chose SQ. The attention to detail, and the thoughtfulness for the birthday boy was far and above the expectation. Thank you so much once again. Keep doing what you’re doing !!

The menu at this restaurant seemed promising and the set menu was a good deal. My husband enjoyed his fillet steak, although they initially forgot the sauce, which was brought when requested. I was disappointed with the whole plaice dish, as there wasn't much meat on the fish once the bone was removed. The setting was lovely, but it was disappointing that the staff seemed inadequately trained - they weren't sure what the fish of the day was and couldn't differentiate between the salt and pepper cellars, as well as neglecting to ensure they were full. Good service is just as important as good food, so unfortunately, I wouldn't return to this restaurant. Ver carta
