"When we went there, they said we had no booking, and that bookings made through open table after 3pm on the same day, do not appear on their system. The restaurant manager said he doesn’t check open table after 3pm. We showed him our confirmation on the email, he provided us with a table in another restaurant at the hotel. The food was really good and the staff were very friendly though."
