As soon as we walked through the door we were disapointedThe door mat was dirty and hadn't been hoovered for a while.

I have been to Steakout only once. The food was ok, but the service was terrible; we felt as though we were a burden on the young chap serving us!

The service and food quality at this restaurant are excellent!! I would give it a perfect 10 out of 10!! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!! The ambiance of the seating area is also very enjoyable! Ver carta

I went here today after a long time, the food was so nice I would definatly go again and the service was good aswell very quick and I really like it when you eat somewhere and they ask you how your food is.. I was really impressed I cant wait to go again I had the chicken and mushroom pie with mash potato and for a side I had creamy spinach My friend had the steak and chips Such good value aswell Highly recommended.

The food was served promptly and came out piping hot. The chicken meal was delicious and satisfying, with a variety of sides included. Unfortunately, the steak did not taste as good this time, as it had a slight sour flavor. I mentioned this to the waiter, who was accommodating and tried to change the steak and sauce, but it still had the same off taste. Not sure why, as the steak is usually quite good here. Overall, it was a decent steak place with great service and hot food.

Food was really good, hot and impressively served. Delivery and take away: Firstly the delivery has a limited menu only 3 steaks are available). Food from delivery is not hot. 5 min by car from steakout) Dishes are not make with love Summary Steakout Norbury is a good place to go and spend time with friends or family. Overall, I had a great dining experience at the restaurant. Hassan provided exceptional service. The steak I ordered was not as tender as I had hoped and the onions underneath were still quite raw. It might be helpful to offer the option of partially caramelized onions. I recommend trying the Steakout version of the steak, as the hotplate helps keep it hot until the end. I chose the Porterhouse (T-Bone) with mushroom sauce and enjoyed the flavor. My wife opted for the tomato garlic sauce, but found it a bit overpowering. The kids enjoyed the popcorn chicken, and I liked the plain jane buffalo wings that we also ordered.

Update: 25/08/22 The taste and quality of the Steaks have become really good. Service has improved too. Air conditioning works a treat but direction of air is right on the face and table which isn't ideal specially for young kids babies. Overall very good experience specially the food but unfortunately is still quite pricey, so still 4 stars. Old review: Good steaks but a bit pricey for what it is. Also the steaks aren't the best that I've tasted but still very very good. Parking is an issue in peak hours but off peak after 7 plenty of spaces available on the road. If they reduce their prices a bit then this would be a really great steak place.

Found it very deceiving, you actually pay for sides even though it is numbered as number 4 and ask you to pick a side, there’s even an arrow to choose for the sides you want. For what you pay, it is not worth it. I have eaten steak throughout UK, never paid for aides separately amd steaks have tasted better and been cheaper as well. The service was good though, can’t fault the waiters. When added all the extras and sides, my bill came to almost £200 for 6 adults. The most i have paid for steak including Angus beef) is £25 with sides. Chips tasted like frozen ones, not made fresh. Disappointing to say the least. You also have to get your veg separately.
