"Invited a friend to join me there for coffee. Hadn 't been there before. Three members of staff on duty, none of who showed any interest in us no smiles, no interest in assisting us in choosing what to drink eat. In short, staff were unfriendly. Air conditioning on which left the restaurant way too cold. We stopped a member of staff to ask if it could be turned down. She indicated that it could be 'doors opening and closing ' that was causing it to be cold and walked on. When we went to pay, the member of staff at the counter was on a mobile phone and continued with the call until we asked if she could give us her attention. Nice views and should be a relaxing experience. Unfortunately that was not the case."

Just visiting Omagh for a few days and was hoping to explore the town and surrounding areas so naturally went into the Visitor Centre.

I had a great experience at Strule Cafe because I work there on Fridays cleaning and doing dishes. I love the cafe and enjoy the staff discount that I receive when I am working there.

The Saturday brunch menu is fantastic. Great choice of pancakes, French toast, muffins etc. I had smoked salmon and poached eggs on muffins and it was delicious. Good coffee and friendly staff too. Nice specials and lunch menu too. Ver carta

I'm a regular customer as the ambiance is good, the views of Omagh are great and most of all the staff are really friendly with good customer service plus value for money. A great place to relax and read the paper or chat to friends.

Ignored for five minutes then took my order. Asked for coffee then told I had ordered tea. Then told it would take at least 20 minutes as there were 20 people before me. Only for a toasted bagel. Alas never got the meal as I was on way to a meeting. Shame as it's a lovely venue.

Lovely place to meet friends with very reasonable priced food with good portions.Lovely view and relaxed atmosphere. Small but adequate with friendly staff. With a little bit of advertising I feel this place could do a lot more even on the top floor if not being used for activities. Ver carta

A wonderful setting for a quick cuppa or a leisurely lunch where you will find the friendliest and most pleasant staff at your service. Nothing is too much trouble for Fay, Sophie, Lisa or Maud, as they turn a functional cup of coffee into a relaxing half hour with their smiles, banter and craic. A must for any visitor to Omagh, and also THE place to be seen this year.

Since the demise of Chez Manu there have been many attempts to gain the crown for the best coffee in Omagh. Local, national and international companies have opened up to provide excellent coffee, but they have just missed the edge that makes a perfect coffee. The very friendly and capable ladies in the Strule Arts Centre Coffee Shop have that edge with an accredited fair trade coffee that touches the spot! Partnered with their raspberry and white chocolate muffins MMMMMM!

"I do not recommend this restaurant, as there are better pizza places in Omagh with more professional service. My mother ordered 3 pizzas for delivery, as she was unwell and my father had been working for 12 hours straight. After waiting for one hour for the delivery, two of the pizzas were badly burnt, not just a little but the entire crust of the two pizzas. The staff at Pizzarama were hostile and sarcastic when my mother called to request replacement pizzas. They stated that the delivery driver would have to come out to collect the pizzas before considering issuing replacements. When my mother asked if the replacements could be brought out with the driver, this request was denied. When she asked for a refund to order from somewhere else, this was also refused without the pizzas being collected for review. The staff were disrespectful, speaking loudly about my mother to each other while she was still on the phone. My mother was challenged by the staff when questioning why the burnt pizzas were sent out for delivery. She told them to forget it and that they would cut off the burnt parts to eat what was salvageable. This experience was unacceptable, as when ordering pizza, one expects the food to be fully edible. No one should have to go through this. I am disgusted by the way my family was treated by this family-run business. Pizzarama management needs to reassess their pizza cooking standards and customer service skills. It is clear that improvements need to be made. While procedures are necessary, there was no reason for the disrespectful treatment my mother received."
