"I had to ask multiple times for a chicken kids meal, but the server just kept repeating the same answer. I finally got the meal, but it was wrong and not what I had ordered. I also had to ask multiple times for a yo-yo and a drink, but was ignored until I raised my voice. The service was absolutely terrible and when we finally got our meals, we had to wait a long time for a cup. I will not be coming back to this restaurant. Another little girl who ordered after me had a similar experience and ended up crying because the server couldn't fulfill her order."

The customer service was terrible - I was rudely told to be quiet, my friends were served blue moldy bread, and the bread we were given was burnt.

I went to windsor subway on Saturday evening I really had fun and the food was amazing and the customer service was really good. Young man was really nice kind. Great day .

Visited this subway on the way to our hotel after a day trip to Legoland. Nice find. Clean and tidy. Fortunately it was empty when we went so quick service and normal price. Also has a toilet which is a rarity for subway!

Just visited the store yesterday 25/6/2021 around 18:40, very neat and tidy and food was very good and well made, guy on the counter was very nice and very helpful. Would love to give feedback each and everytime I visit the store. Fantastic job team subway

The new staff member at this location is too slow when it comes to serving customers. I ended up leaving this time because it was taking an excessively long time for her to help the customer ahead of me. This same situation has occurred before, but I chose to wait for service. Unfortunately, I waited for almost 15 minutes. The service was poor.

On the last day of my visit my Sister suggested lunch which she was thinking about making but we decided to get it delivered in instead to save her the effort and from depleting her larder. She had a salad delivered which was very large and I had a very tasty tuna mayo roll. It took 11 minutes from ordering and paying so it was very impressive.

In a place where so many tourists are a lot of restaurants and so much competition. This Subway is still in a sidetrack, too, so not directly in the eye of the tourist. Yet there was a long line when we decided to have lunch here. So they do something really good! The ladies who work here are an oiled team that is well played together. The line for us was so worked out and we could still be enjoying our sub. And there was even a toilet. In short, have a good lunch here when you're in Windsor!
