The speed of the workers here is astonishingly slow, almost as if they were sleepwalking. All of them should probably be on their feet and not standing around chatting, with papers flying everywhere. The two girls who were working there earlier were doing an amazing job and should be brought back.

Ordered via Deliveroo and called in the ensure all ingredients are vegan for a vegan salad box. Received the salad with grated cow’s cheese. I ordered two wraps, but they were not made correctly as the ingredients were added instead of being inside the wrap. Additionally, one of the wraps was supposed to be vegan, but I suspect it contained chicken. This is concerning as it is not what was requested. The service was for takeout, the meal was for lunch, and the price per person was £30-40. The food quality was rated 1 out of 5, the service 3 out of 5, and the atmosphere 1 out of 5.

I visited this restaurant for the first time today and was initially impressed. However, the person who made our sandwiches was quite rude when speaking to customers and seemed a bit harsh when interacting with a colleague. I found this behavior to be rather unpleasant and would have been upset if I were in their shoes. Additionally, there was no salad available, very limited salad options, and no discounts on meal deals. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the experience.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Ignore the negative Google reviews, as this is one of the best Subways I have ever visited. The atmosphere was also top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant for a dine-in experience, especially for brunch. The price per person is very affordable, ranging from £1 to £10.
