The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I would even go as far as to say they were confrontational.

My experience ordering from Subway through the Deliveroo app was positive, as all of my items arrived on time, and the sandwiches were still fresh while the drinks were still cold.

The sandwich was dry and barely passable, I have had much tastier sandwiches at other Subway locations. The staff seemed unusually rude, as if the meal was complimentary. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve ordered and every time it’s been wrong. It’s my fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt. I order brown sauce on my sub but it always ends up being barbecue. If they don’t have it then why is it always an option

Another Subway fallen foul of prioritising Deliveroo Orders rather than face to face customers. This seems to be a growing problem with Subway restaurants... Staff almost mixed up my order because of the above and completely ignored my request of lettuce and onion in my sub. This would have been 1 star but I will add an extra star because when all is said and done, the food isn't bad.

The female manager 'Roxana ' did not change gloves once throughout the 20 to 30 minūtes I was there. The hygine there is a joke be sure to go to kfc down the Road by far better, then getting food poisoning from Roxana and her dirty habits. From what i saw she is trying to scam the people of aberdeen just cus she is some greedy manager. Runs out of gloves half Way through making people orderis then continuing to mess up people ordera.

simply just rude staff, i was looking over some of the reviews and i can agree with one of them, they don't change there gloves, they aren't polite and they don't clean utensils. I would recommend going the the subway in union square or just go to burger king (across the road), KFC (down the road), Mcdonalds (just next to primark by the trinity centre) or tacobell (next to Mcdonalds). DON'T GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE WAITING OR DISRESPECTED BY STAFF!!!!

Terrible experience today, placed an order, then when we looked at order status and realised it was totally different to our order. We have tried to call multiple times but phone not answered. Driver arrived with wrong order and tried to insist we accept the incorrect order saying it was not his fault. Shocking as app told us Driver was in the store while we were trying to correct the mistake. So we have paid for an order we have not received and both subway and justeat have taken pur money and no one is even making any attempt to fix the issue. Awful service from both companies

Sandwich was ok , I 've tasted better in other subways (who were more generous in sauce and meat). But my biggest surprise was when they told me that you can only put 5 vegetables on it !!! Everywhere I went I could put a bit of everything (except the extras of course), but here just 5 and they put a small amount of them. Very disappointed. For the price I feel like I just ate bread. Edit: taking another star away, because I just checked and the person that served me was wrong, I CAN put more vegetables on my sandwich! I just paid food I was sad with, because I believed the person ! Lost my money
