Everytime i order from this branch a nachos, they bring me Doritos crisps!

Worst subway, I’ve ever had. The bread was so dry and they missed out half the filling on one side of the foot long. Only put mayo and olives?

I had to really search for my salad beneath a mountain of soggy lettuce! come on that's a lot of money for a box less than half full of soggy lettuce. Ver carta

I never got my order even when I went to the address that I entered. but it says delivered. Just Eat has no way of addressing this issue to find out what happened. Am really very disappointed with the service. I need a refund or this issue rectified as soon as possible.

subs was cold, drinks left on top of the subs so they was damp, ice cream was just liquid and barely edible, wrong crisps. drinks was good considering it’s the only thing they didn’t have to do anything for. refund would be greatly appreciated considering this was nearly £40

Stacked bacon and cheese order- the sandwich I received looked nothing like what was described and was lacking bacon and cheese in comparison to every other subway restaurant I have been to, I travel for work and go to many different subways, I am disappointed paying £10 for something I could make at home for around £2-£3, it is normally worth while getting this sandwich, definitely not from this subway!!! Terrible experience at this restaurant. The employee nearly forgot to include my Monterey Jack cheese, and when I pointed it out, he didn't even know what it was. Then, the woman preparing the vegetables refused to let me have sweetcorn and gherkins instead of the listed lettuce, cucumber, and tomatoes because it wasn't on the menu. The whole concept of Subway is to choose your own ingredients, right? We got into an embarrassing argument until she finally gave in and reluctantly said "only this once." What a nightmare. Couldn't wait to leave and definitely won't be coming back.

£8.29 for a Meal deal now (Standard Wrap+Cookie+Coffee). Absolutely scandalous. When I questioned why it was so expensive now she stated supplier prices had gone up. Laughable really when you work out how little it costs to fill a wrap since it’s 90% salad anyway. Had the cheek to charge 30p extra for me opting a coffee instead of a soft drink as well. Wasn’t allowed to use the washroom. Was told to use the loo in Shopping centre. Considering how much I’ve just been ripped off the least you could do is let me use the loo! It’s really shocking the prices and poor service we all now have to put up with. Never using this or any other sub way again.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! If me and my husband could give 0 stars we would! They put our order down for collection when I asked for it to be delivered during the ordering process. My husband and I do not drive and have to rely on public transport, so it will cost £16 to get there and £16 to get back!!! With the cost of living being up, people do not have the money to waste! Thank you Subway Bedford Road, that’s £29.16 you have taken from my husband absolutely disgusting!!! This place is a terrible place very unhelpful, rude staff who instead of helping customers with their problems, they hang up the phone!!! Only reason we went to this Subway is because the one opposite us was closing for the eve... Ver carta
