Always friendly, polite and happy, Deliver to my workplace. Fast and efficient....foods not bad either, basically it is what it is.

Perfect for quick and tasty lunch. There are only a few tables and lately the sugar tax has stopped them from using Pepsi classic. But apart from that the restaurant is great.

The new method of preparing the steak cheese wrap is terrible! Everything is put into the wrap at the same time and microwaved. Absolutely awful I must also say that their other subs are absolutely fine but avoid the wraps Ver carta

Have been here many times, as live locally. The food is always fresh and the hot food is cooked to order. Not given five stars as it is only a small place with only a few tables, probably as they are in competion with all the other eating places so close by. But it is still worth eating there or collect to take away.

I called here today to collect lunch for family. There where six people in the shop but only three wearing masks . I was amazed that the staff made no comment to these customers one who worked in rightway as had overalls on . How can this bad practice continue do individuals think they are special and immune from catching covid. Get on it subway !!!!!

When I got there 2 hours before closing there was a cleaner sweeping the floor and washing down etc. She then proceeded to serve me although she did put on new plastic gloves! I cannot believe this practice is in accordance with the food hygiene laws. I was then told the only bread they had was herb cheese or brown neither of which I wanted! I wan not at all impressed and walked out. Ver carta

We ordered subway for our lockdown lunch. Me being fussy and unable to pick exactly what I want on the order apps. Wrote in comments about certain salad toppings etc and for subway woodchurch road It was no bother and they accommodated without bother. Lots of fresh salad toppings and lovely fresh sandwiches. I ordered two foot long subs to be delivered. They arrived on a brown roll, no cheese, no garlic mayo,wrong salad,not toasted, had some horrible sauce on it so we couldn't eat it,they went in the bin.Messaged the place, got offered a quarter of the bill total as a refund! I said no I wanted a full refund,they said it's been done and closed the case. Today I was emailed to say I'll be getting a quarter of the whole bill refunded.Absolutely fuming!

I never have a subway anything .my preconceptions about this food had originally put me off.However out Inca limb in the pyramids with the grandchildren, I decided I would give one a go very reluctantly lol.I was amazed that the young girl asked me what I liked .Bacon crispy, no problem came the reply.onions, cheese, roast chicken, and sweet chilli sauce. Onion sauce and a little Caesar sauce.on a white cold baguette. You can have them warm or toasted too.A little miffed that there was NO BUTTER BUT I never even noticed that.i thoroughly enjoyed it. They wore hygiene gloves to make it too on a sterile sandwich greeseproof wrap paper aswell.it was all done clean and that itself impressed me .... Ver carta
