"So actually I wanted to upload a short video. Unfortunately, it only goes with pictures. I'll have to tell you in writing. It's the third time today that I get a sub in this branch, which will be knochenhart after 5 minutes. At least the bottom of the sandwich. It tastes like this, not anymore, and it's not fun to eat. On the video, you would see how I chipped a sandwich half with my finger. You would, someone knocks my door. I didn't have a 30s now but only 20 or 25cm because I left the rest. It's a nasty!! When the hard bun was the first time, I addressed the staff and they thought it was normal. It's not! I've been working for 3 years at the Subway and have been eating regularly in different subway branches for 11 years, and so something has never happened and nowhere in front of this branch, where they seem to be poorly trained or simply incompetent. When I had discussed this in this way (because of the hard bun) it was started to discuss with me. So honestly, my mum put these breads in a bag at the time. And once in a few weeks we are at a small lake and fed the fish and the ducks there. Just so you get a feeling because you might think: Yes come a little dried bread isn't that bad. And I would fully understand if something went wrong when the rolls were thawing or baking. But then you have to look at it when customers are not satisfied with the fresco. And yes such mistakes can happen but now the 3rd time????!!!! And if I'm already evaluating I'm going to go on some other points: 80-90% staff very unfriendly. If the customer rises, the stress increases, the incompatibility of the employees increases disproportionately. I have the feeling that most of the staff there are no bumps on their job, and they work out all customers as soon as possible so that they can get back to the kitchen and have their rest there. No wishes are received at all! Even if you don't have the sandwich covered with all the ingredients. If you want to get a little more of an ingredient, you'll have a standard. But then it happened sooo often, where employees on the 30s with only 4 tomatoes. So contradictory of anger. Either the employees all have their pride or are incredibly lazy. The ambience is okay. Why okay? Because I have already 17 more or less negative experiences of a total of 20 visits to the branch that connect negative vibes to the location or spatiality. What's not going on is the tables. Every single visit and there were where I was completely alone as a customer, IMMER were at least 2 tables where you could get that bite. So when it comes to hygiene and cleanliness, it is not worse!!! On the vegetable counter, I have trouble distinguishing the individual containers on some days, because there is some ne vegetable orgy. I hate corn, for example. And so often they managed to put the 4-5 corn in my sandwich. Or other vegetables I didn't want. That's all I need to say. If you have the time and the money go to the next Subway. Believe me! Especially for people who might be on the way. Go on an hour. Bader can not be, only better!!! Lg"
