Very reasonable and tasty food accompanied by excellent beer. The dishes are traditional German food, the location quite special as the place is an old tudor-style building with loads of wood.

I ate here recently and had a lovely, simple meal with some good beers. it's not a sophisticated restaurant but a good pub with hearty food. Lovely old building with character and a friendly and helpful host. Ver carta

El SuitbertusStuben es, creo, propiedad de la misma familia que el Ratingen Brauhaus y está a unos cinco minutos a pie. Sin embargo, ofrece una alternativa muy agradable a la Brauhaus, ya que ofrece un menú diferente todavía centrado en la comida típica alemana.

The Suitbertus-Stuben offers a very varied choice of traditional German cooking which is prepared to a high standard. Service is generally friendly and efficient, the atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. The building is one of the very few in Ratingen to have survived the ravages...of the Years War and well worth visiting in its own right.

Beautiful traditional German restaurant. Large menu card with traditional German food . Food is very well prepared and quantity is more than OK. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. Service was OK, no complaints about long waiting times. Better make a reservation in advance when...you plan to eat here because even on a working day it can be very crowded.

The Suitbertus-Stuben is, I believe, owned by the same family as the Ratingen Brauhaus and is about five minutes walk away. It does however offer a very pleasant alternative to the Brauhaus as it offers a different menu still centered on typical German fare,...differently brewed beer from Urigers Dusseldorf Altstadt and a much quieter, less frenzied atmosphere you can actually hear yourself talk !! The building itself is unique and very old and has a charm about it. The food is well cooked, plentiful, tasty,and extremely good value.
