What to say ... staff incompetent... !!! Not able to check an order comprising 4 items ... but if again it was an isolated case ... almost 8 orders in the same case in barely two years ... delay of more than 40 min while the delivery is 4 km ... a direction which visibly does not concern itself with customer returns ... a structure to avoid ... unless the disappointment of a bad experience makes you not afraid ... no thanks!
