"I got into this café just to see what is in it, you know, what they have. Then I chose two pieces of cake (apple and cheese ones from the counter and the cashier (or it even could be the owner, I can 't tell asked me if I wanted sth to drink, to which I applied what do you have? She meant coffee and such of course and she handed me the menu. When I asked where I could sit she told me wherever I wanted, even upstairs, even though I had my suitcase along with me. She said there was no problem leaving it by the bar, so long story short I got upstairs and had a main dish and a dessert I ordered the beef roulades which was served with potatoes (fried on a pan I think and broccoli and for a dessert the Apfelstrudel which wasn 't as big as you would think for a price like that (7 or 8 euros if I recall but it was delicious The desserts here are oftenly served along with berries and other small fruit, cremes and this one with some kind of musse! Tasteful combination! The beef roulades were also delightful and it seemed freshly cooked! The waitress is so very kind and cheerful and the cashier (who could might as well be the other waitress was also very patient with me as I was so reluctant at first that I forgot how to speak English Of course the place is super clean and they check for your vaccination certificate... I remove half a star (1/2 just beacuse the price seemed a little bit too high (28€ and sth for the roulades, the strudel and one big glass of beer(beer is cheaper than water here . On the other hand these prices are common here in Germany (and much higher, depending on the location and thats why I removed only half a star."

Truly a rare gem! Pleasant, homelike and very friendly atmosphere, and most importantly: some of the best, self-roasted coffee varieties available as well as a great assortment of delicious cakes. They now offer a good breakfast light dish menu worth trying out.

Very good location in the middle of everything. Food was delicious especially tomato crème soup, one of the best in long time. Service was fast and waitress was friendly and efficient. I sat outside as the weather was very good, the seating area is quite spacious and nice, they have an indoor seating space as well. Prices are average and similar to other restaurants in the area.
