Tafelsilber - Carta

I had grilled dorade with mushrooms and red wine sauce and as a side dish sweet potatoes fries. It was a very good choice, I really enjoyed it, perfect dish for a pleasant evening.

The restaurant has very nice and cosy interior. The food was served quickly and it was tasty but nothing special. The restaurant is suitable also for a quick lunch. The cappuccino was disappointing.

Food was good. Decent steaks, huge pizzas and a good variety of other dishes. Service could be more attentive and wasn't quite convincing. Wine selection was good, the recommended Rioja too average though. Ver carta

We had mostly beef for main course. Their meat was very good, tender and well seasoned with fine aromas. They offer you some sauces to put on the meat but even if they are very good they will spoil the flavor and excellent taste of the meat.The potatoes gratin are good too.The dessert are marvelous.

Contemporary food in a modern fun and eclectic location. Too many long tables which is great for group celebrations but things get slowed down significantly and food takes a long time to get there. So if you are not concerned about time and go there to just have a good time with some pretty good food this is a good place to do that

This restaurant was clearly an old warehouse or train station. The industrial feel is great. The food was really good. The pizzas are really big, salads are huge and the steaks are good too. They do really nice cocktails too. Although this is my first review of this restaurant, I have been many times. It still remains my favourite in dusseldorf. Ver carta

Service was a little slower than expected but that beats being rushed. Recommend getting one of the salads as they were huge portions. Steaks were all pretty small but tasty and well cooked. The shrimp curry pasta dish was the winner of the night as it looked like the best thing on the table... and it tasted good too. This restaurant was packed on a Wednesday night and even had a private party going on in the back with a decent rock band. The local beer was great as well and I would come back here again.

This is one of my favourite places to have dinner and drinks in Dusseldorf. The location is quite remote from the city centre and the exterior (old train station building with a container at the back) does not do it any justice but once you come in you know you are in the right place. Beautiful industrial style interior and ambient lighting, young staff, nice outdoor area. The food is extremely well presented and I liked most of the dishes including steak, monkfish, pasta, pizza, tartar and desserts. The wine selection is quite nice and they have good wine glasses for a change! The grill buffet on Wednesdays is absolutely delicious. Prices are reasonable for the quality offered but it is not...

We were a group of 4 on a Saturday night trying to enjoy a friend's birthday. The restaurant wasn't full but we had made reservations anyway. We were served by a young, tall & thin guy, and this is when everything started to go down hill. First, the server started arguing with my pregnant wife about what meats are okay and what she can and cannot eat. I don't even argue with my wife when she's pregnant and hungry so have no idea why this stranger thought it was a good idea to.
