Ordered two meals for takeaway service is great and the food is even better. A real go to for good quality food.

Finally found our perfect takeaway after recently moving to the area. Food is delicious with lovely tender meat. Excellent flavours in our curry. Wish we found this place sooner. We won't be trying anywhere else.

My favorite Indian takeaway in Dumbarton, got my usual Chicken Curry and wasn't let down quality was excellent as usual and giving me a complimentary veg pakora was a lovely wee touch, hope you have a great new year all in the Taj.

Once again we just had a fantastic carry out from the Taj, food was amazing. Small mix up with our delivery but it was sorted promptly and we thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful. Credit to all, looking forward to our next meal from here. Ver carta

I can not fault the service at Taj at all. We used the takeaway for our engagement party buffet and everyone raved about how amazing the food was and I must say it was great value for money. Delivered on time and still piping hot. Since then my partner and I are regulars here as the food is second to none and beats all other pizzas and kebabs in Dumbarton area. Friendly staff, tasty meals and speedy service.

Not written a review in Trip Advisor for a such long time but after having an amazing takeaway over the weekend at my local Indian takeaway II had to! The Taj is the best Indian in Dumbarton. Everything is made fresh and the food stands out in taste and quality. Great portions and good prices. The nan bread is not overly greasy, it's light and fresh every time. Also the veg pakora is especially nice and they cater for vegetarians.

Ordered 1 Madras curry with breast of chicken 1 south Indian chilli chicken, not teka but breast of chicken 1 fried rice 1 nan bread Picked up after 30 mins the guy says that's you two curries !!! Madras was red type curry with teka chicken in it, no coriander or chillies in it. Looked nothing like I usually get. South Indian Chilli Chicken not great, although chicken was breast looked nothing like our other orders before. So disappointing, 2 guys in the front counter look disinterested. We always go to the Taj for our take away food but, its getting to be a hit and miss now. Ver carta
