"The bar and the music are generally good, but you should consider hiring professional security personnel. My colleagues and I went to this bar for the first time on Saturday evening and accidentally used the wrong entrance. It was outside. A security guard then stood in our way and said very rudely that we had to use the front entrance. Since this guy wasn't wearing a uniform that would have identified him as a security guard, I didn't immediately understand why he cared whether we walked into the bar from the left or the right. When neither of us said anything, he (by now I had assumed that it must be bar security) asked us, in a more unfriendly tone, if we had never been here before, to which I said no. He then said nothing more, but didn't clear the way for us either. He stood in front of us in silence for what felt like an eternity and looked at us. We didn't know exactly what he wanted from us now. Did he want us to run back out and then just come into the bar from the right side instead of the left? I finally asked if we could still stay here, to which he replied unkindly and cleared the way for us. I have never been approached by security in such a rude manner. Later in the evening I saw the same security guard physically arguing with a young woman over a glass. Although I didn't know what the argument was about, it is highly unprofessional for a security guard to almost come to blows with a young woman in the bar. I would strongly recommend this bar to hire security guards with appropriate training. These people certainly don't work for a professional security company, otherwise they would have worn the appropriate uniform and would know how to treat guests in a friendly manner."

What a nice bar! If you are more into R&B, POP, Latino kind of vibes, the dj will definitely make you dance!

I haven't eaten here, but go here for years for having a few drinks with friends and for that it's perfect! The atmosphere is great, people friendly, cozy carpets and sofas. On Weekends there is also dj's playing good sound. Perfect choice for a good evening in Zurich.

Für ein Café schmeckt der LongBlack-Kaffee sehr schlecht. Bitter bitter bitter! Zuckerkonsum macht es nicht besser. Darf man sich darauf konzentrieren, keine billigen Kaffeebohnen zu verbrennen oder zu kaufen? Nebenbei frieren Sie ein, weil die Schiebetür ständig geöffnet ist. Ver carta

Never experienced such unfriendly employees! Especially the ones at the entrance. I just wanted to quickly say goodbye to a few acquaintances, so I didn 't come back in de abig isch eh verbi, ich sött ahstah even though I had already been to the bar and spent a few hundred francs. In my opinion, something like that doesn 't work at all!!

Also, wenn man nicht wüsste, dass man gerade einen Espresso trinkt, würde man eigentlich nicht auf Kaffee kommen. Uns hat der Espresso überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Der Espresso Macchiato war vermutlich mit Soja-Milch (gefragt wurden wir nicht), leider auch eher ungeniessbar. Bio, vegan oder was es sonst war: mit gutem italienischem Espresso hat das dort nicht viel zu tun.

Kamen eher zufällig an diesem Kaffee vorbei. War für einen Samstagmorgen ziemlich voll, was ich als gutes Zeichen gesehen hatte. Ich bekam recht . Cappuccino , Espresso Machiato und auch die heissen Schokoladen der Kinder waren ausgezeichnet . Hatten noch Buttergipfel, welche für meinen Geschmack etwas zu Fettig waren.Ambiente: coolPreis/ Leistung: gut bei häufigem Besuch gibt es auch einen KaffebonZum weiterempfehlen : ja Ver carta

Talacker serves very delicious thai asian food. The quality of the food is outstanding! And the service is very friendly. The Between 12 and 1pm it get‘s pretty crowded, so you either call them in advance or be early. For business lunches it might be a bit to lean back, but that depends on your style... I prefer the Miso Noodle Soup, but their lunch menues are great as well. Espresso is ok, but the chocolate brownie is great at the side. I love this place!

Das Talacker ist der Ort, wo sich der prototypische Zürcher Coolio trifft. Die Einrichtung versprüht den Charme einer Brockenstube, die Portionen sind klein, man wird geduzt, die Preise sind sehr hoch und am Schluss muss man noch wie in einer Skihütte an der Kasse bezahlen gehen. Das lieben die Zürcher: Für 25 Stutz auf einem Festbank von der Landi, welcher mit einer billigen Papierrolle überzogen ist, ein Curry essen. Für die Zürcher Bänkler kein Problem. Man kann dafür eine Scheibe Coolness mit ins Büro nehmen. Der Kollege vom Nebenpult ist zwar satt und hat die Hälfte bezahlt, aber die Coolness beim Coop "to go" ist halt an einem kleinen Ort. Scheinbar scheint Melanie Winiger hier früher...
