Food took 90 minutes too arrive. Was chewy, bland and not worth the money at all. Will not be back to this dive Ver carta

As visitors to the area, we always take some time to research local restaurants, and Tamarind Bay had received some excellent reviews. We decided to give it a try and were very pleased with our choice; the food we ordered was delightful. The only downside is that we don't live nearby, so we can't enjoy it regularly. A few weeks ago, I was disappointed by some dishes, and this time I faced the opposite issue (for example, the onion bhajis were undercooked and lacking structure previously, while this time they were overcooked and difficult to cut). It’s truly disappointing, and all of us agreed that the quality has declined. On a positive note, the staff and delivery drivers have always been pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately, we won’t be eager to return until there are improvements, which is quite a shame.

Used to love the delivery from them. But this year the service has declined. When ordering from the app it’s always 1 hour later than what the app says it will be. The quality of the food has also decreased unfortunately. It’s heartbreaking to be honest to leave this review because we have been eating from them for 5 years but I’m tired of feeling like a waste of money when it’s supposed to be a treat for me and my family. Vegetarian options: Great variety but perhaps better to eat in than to order a delivery

I placed an order through their website and ended up waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes. When the food finally arrived, it was the wrong order. After numerous phone calls and a lot of time spent trying to resolve the issue, I finally reached someone who told me the correct order was just 10 minutes away. I then waited an additional 30 minutes, and after another call, it took another 25 minutes for the food to arrive. In total, it took 3 hours from when I ordered! Sadly, the quality of the food was not up to their usual standards.
