excellent as always. great eating and great staff that is worth tasting only the tantensmann’s ale.

Only stopped off for a coffee but it looked really nice from what we saw. Service was good and staff friendly.

The food was good, but for some reason they refused to charge my phoneWhich you really need and appreciate when you’re a tourist.I’d prefer support a local family restaurant with nicer people and leas robotic service, if you know what i mean

Food is well prepared and presented, which pubs of this standard generally do. The staff make this place for me, seems like nothing is too much and the service was quick, I was very impressed, very relaxed atmosphere. Going for a Sunday roast sharing plate very soon :

Its years since I have been here. We had a party of 16. Service was amazingly quick, polite and helpful. But the food was excellent. Definitely bringing my wife here next time. Portions not too big, so there was room for delightful deserts. I spoke to the management afterwards to thank them for a lovely evening.

Brilliant pub extremely friendly helpful kind staff always smiling. Popular with walkers or tourists who walk past. Extremely beautiful views of the Wrekin and hills gorgeous views,very friendly people who live in the area brilliant place to stop by an have a nice drink an just chill with friends, family or just by yourself. Park next to it aswell with gorgeous views of the countryside would recommend this place to anyone.

This place could be much better, what a shame. staff attitude is not the right one for customer service, can be uninviting and miserable so a twist could change it. I could feel the tense in the atmosphere among the personnel. Some of them trying hard others doing very little. Could be cleaner too, in the pub area, tables were dirty. The food is good, shining the mains, pork belly and fish pie. Starters were a little bland, ham hock terrine and prawns. Not dressing on salad and under seasoned.

Popped in for a birthday lunch The pub is very well presented with professional and very pleasant staff, ordered a real ale from the bar and was seated in the restaurant. The ale was of excellent cask condition so top marks for cellar work, we ordered 10oz rump steak rare it came with mushrooms,onion rings, tomato and hand cut chips. I appreciate the incredible food at the Huntsman, which is undoubtedly a standout feature. However, I must express my disappointment with the young waiting and bar staff who, unfortunately, appear inexperienced and untrained. Their lack of efficiency, occasional mistakes, and slow service have been noticeable, and it's disheartening to witness these issues persist in front of the seemingly unconcerned landlord. For instance, walking away from the bar when there is a long queue is frustrating for all guests and indicates a lack of awareness and prioritisation.
