The Huntsman Of Little Wenlock

Gavin and I stayed in our campervan in the car park overnight. We had a meal in the bar and the food was absolutely delicious. The steaks were particularly tasty and we found the restaurant to be very dog-friendly. We highly recommend it.

The restaurant is situated in a charming village with a great location. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The food is incredible, with generous portion sizes for starters, mains, and desserts. It is definitely worth a visit at any time of the day.

Food is well prepared and presented, which pubs of this standard generally do. The staff make this place for me, seems like nothing is too much and the service was quick, I was very impressed, very relaxed atmosphere. Going for a Sunday roast sharing plate very soon : Ver carta

Its years since I have been here. We had a party of 16. Service was amazingly quick, polite and helpful. But the food was excellent. Definitely bringing my wife here next time. Portions not too big, so there was room for delightful deserts. I spoke to the management afterwards to thank them for a lovely evening.

Brilliant pub extremely friendly helpful kind staff always smiling. Popular with walkers or tourists who walk past. Extremely beautiful views of the Wrekin and hills gorgeous views,very friendly people who live in the area brilliant place to stop by an have a nice drink an just chill with friends, family or just by yourself. Park next to it aswell with gorgeous views of the countryside would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The evening meals were excellent, particularly the fish pie and pea and asparagus risotto. The breakfast options were also delicious, including the full English cooked breakfast and smoked salmon with scrambled egg. The bedroom and shower were comfortable and clean. The staff were very professional and helpful. The only issue I had was with the ironing board cover, as it was a bit difficult to use. Ver carta

We had a meal here for my son's 21st birthday. We were a large party 18 in total adults and children so we pre-booked starters and mains. The food was absolutely gorgeous everyone commented on how good it was. We also had 1 Gluten free in our party and she was delighted at the range of Gluten free on the menu. The staff were so welcoming and the table service was spot on. A lovely relaxed time was had by all. We will certainly be back. Keep up the fantastic work

Popped in for a birthday lunch The pub is very well presented with professional and very pleasant staff, ordered a real ale from the bar and was seated in the restaurant. The ale was of excellent cask condition so top marks for cellar work, we ordered 10oz rump steak rare it came with mushrooms,onion rings, tomato and hand cut chips. I appreciate the incredible food at the Huntsman, which is undoubtedly a standout feature. However, I must express my disappointment with the young waiting and bar staff who, unfortunately, appear inexperienced and untrained. Their lack of efficiency, occasional mistakes, and slow service have been noticeable, and it's disheartening to witness these issues persist in front of the seemingly unconcerned landlord. For instance, walking away from the bar when there is a long queue is frustrating for all guests and indicates a lack of awareness and prioritisation.
