eat cold service indifferent acting as if they would do you like

It took 2 hours to receive the food from a restaurant that is only 5 minutes away, and when it finally arrived, it was cold.

First time here for a takeaway recently. Staff were very polite and welcoming. The food was amazing, will definitely be returning soon.

This has been our local traditional Indian restaurant/takeaway for years. Me and my wife thoroughly enjoy eating from here, the ingredients are of quality although somes days full of flavor and some days not so but that being said this establishment is still superior in comparison.

Poor customer service, lack of empathy after a 45 minute wait for my food, Luke warm when it arrived, son of owner blamed driver, not her fault, son doesn’t think there was a problem other than saying mistakes happen, I would advise people to avoid this poor service restaurant/takeaway

visited the tandori nights with my three children and wife and we were served one of the best Indian meals we have ever eaten, it was simply amazing. my children had the Shashlik lamp apron, my wife had the garlic chilli huhn and I had king prawn court and all were amazing wonderful and thank you.

Host was ok but not welcoming Friendly took 10 minutes to get a drink despite being only ones in restaurant. Chicken tikka starter came out was just about warm. Chicken Madras was nice but pilau rice was warm so had to send that back will definitely NOT go back worst indian I've ever experienced.

We used to come here a lot when we were younger but it has massively gone down hill. The service was so slow it was almost laughable, we heard the guys on the table next to us muttering about it too. Then my curry had literally 5 small pieces of diced chicken in a sauce, no vegetables or anything, with a very small rice. To top it off they served the naan after we had all finished our mains and then said “why don’t you take it home” Awful awful experience and will never return.

have used this restaurant regularly in the past and was very happy, but this evening was another story. the meal was not very hot at all and when we said the personal (who could I add were dressed in slider, socks and sweater? seemed not interested at all and told us in the ground that we were wrong as it had been kept warm on hot plates in the kitchen. no offer of apology or confirmation, then when the attempt to pay was told only cash money, and not at every point in the booking we were recommended to be this, and so were not prepared for it. not a good opportunity to spend the birthday of my mother will not come back! oh and it seemed that the people on another table were not happy from a...
