Book well in advance 100% worth it. This place is known for being one of the best places to eat in Rome for good reason. The truffle pasta as well as the amatriciana are ridiculously good. Great dinner and great service. Waiter was super helpful with picking options. Started with fries artichokes, very nice and tender. We went with the 2 pastas they’re famous for- ravioli mimosa and bucatini all amatriciana. Ravioli is served really hot and it just melts in your mouth. The veal meatballs were outstanding. Great addition to our choices based on their suggestions. Definitely come hungry to try more things. Chocolate mousse for dessert was okay, not ground breaking. Wow. Just wow. The food was amazing, the atmosphere (seated outside) was magical, and the server helped us decide on many options regarding what pairs with what since we are first-timers in Rome, what is most popular, etc. I had the Ravioli Mimosa which was something I had never tasted before, absolutely delicious and worth the hype. It paired perfectly with the wine suggested by the server made with local grapes. I also had a suppli with beef and it was absolutely delicious, much better than any other I have tried in my time here.
