"Terra Di Briganti is simply a comfortable, delicious, sweet dining experience. Italians are the main clientel, but everyone will feel welcome. Ate here twice in a two week period, once at lunch and once at dinner. At dinner, we asked for recommendations on wine and pasta and appreciated both. The wine had no added sulfates, and was the most unusual that I have ever had, but enjoyed it with no headache in the morning. At lunch we had the house wine and were satisfied. The pasta was a slow-roast pork ragu over thick pasta which was velvety and warm even after many appetizers. I could wax poetic about the beans, but most people won't understand the beauty of a well cooked/seasoned bean. My foody questions weren't just tolerated but answered with patience and passion. Make sure to see the bean pot which is blackened on one side from the wood-fired oven. The grilled meats including the sausages and bufala steaks are WONDERFUL. Salads, appetizers, pastas are all given care and none will be regretted. Cost for what is provided is exceptional. Traditional décor. Ottima osteria per passare una giornata con amici e mangiare piatti semplici e gustosi . Consiglio di assaggiare le tagliatelle al tartufo e porcini e la carne alla brace.

We have been here multiple times over the years. The staff go out of their way to make sure you have a good dining experience. The food is always top notch, and pretty reasonable as well.
