"We had a lovely evening meal here with my friend. The salami plate was delicious with a good selection of authentic hungarian salamis. The chicken schnitzel was gently beaten into 2 thin slices of flavoursome pieces. Finished the evening with complimentary drinks (pálinka). We will definitely return again to try the goulash, stuffed cabbage or the stuffed pancakes Hortobágyi style. "We visit lots of bakeries, dessert shops, restaurants etc as we love eating out. I have followed this shop on Instagram for a long time and had been pestering to visit as the photos look amazing. On arrival, it wasn’t quite what I was expecting, the outside didn’t look too inviting. There was lots of choice inside and the stock was beautifully presented. We didn’t know what to pick! The man that served us wasn’t very friendly, even though we were the only ones there, we felt like an inconvenience. The brownies weren’t to my taste, but that’s just my taste, with all the good reviews...all of those can’t be wrong. I did find them a bit pricey as well, but that is probably just because I didn’t enjoy them and the less than friendly service that we received. Although I personally wouldn’t return or recommend, I still wish you all the best and I still like looking at your Instagram page."

"I visited The Lounges on a busy Saturday afternoon for a light meal and left with delightful memories of a satisfying experience. The front of house staff member informed us that if we had any food allergies, we should discuss them in person at the bar. Since I am allergic to garlic, I spoke with the chef who assured me that my meal would be free of any traces of the allergen. When my food arrived, the chef had even provided me with a choice of three different dressings, which I found to be a thoughtful and classy touch. The meal was delicious, and to top it off, I ordered another pint. Although there was a bit of a wait for my drink due to the busy servers, the staff were apologetic and offered the drink on the house. The dedicated staff at The Lounges provided exceptional customer service, making my experience truly enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful meal!"

"The atmosphere here is really pleasant, and the staff are wonderful. The food was just average, so it felt a bit overpriced since it lacked flavor. However, the cocktails were delightful, and the service was excellent. My child didn't eat very much, but the staff kindly provided a container for us to take the leftovers home, which was a nice touch. Despite it being quite busy during our visit, we experienced no delays in service. I would definitely consider coming back."
