Restaurant de l'Hotel Sofitel. Le cadre est magnifique, restauré apparemment depuis peu.Les tables sont larges. Les sièges confortables.Atmosphère calme, feutrée, douce.Les plats sont de qualité et limités à 5 entrées, 5 plats et 5 desserts: gage de fraicheur.Que du local ! Bravo

We have spent 3 nights in Strasbourg and quite frankly, our culinary experiences have been disappointing to say the least. With great trepidation, we decided to try this brand new restaurant at the Sofitel Hotel. Well, it was so good we had to write a review but...... nobody had written a review before so we have to be the first this we are most happy to do. The food and wines are all based on local produce which is what we are looking for.
