Thai Country - Menú

cozy, tastefully decorated restaurant. dine very individually and authentically spiced and very appealingly served. very good price-performance ratio. sharpness is given in the map. attentive staff. clean and well maintained.

we have been going to eat here for a few years, but this time it was disappointing. the papaya salat was choke, without sharpness and had only about half the amount. the main course went, but was already better. on our demand, we got to answer that they had a new cook.

the place looks a bit sticky, but eating is very good. we tried an appetizer combination plate, a red and a green curry and the pad-thai classic. all delicious, perhaps not too sharp (the German taste adapted) and fresh. the service was fantastic, a very good place for Thai food in mainz!

after our stay in Thailand we wanted to visit a Thai restaurant. at lunch time very well visited, after studying the map very fast, suffering without any connection to Thailand, could have been china or anything else. the visit of the other guests is likely to be explained at the reasonable price, not at the quality

we were here tonight. had 2 thaisuppen - very acidic and without gratification simply bäh, have returned my. then we had the red curry. fad - nix with good Thai taste. We were not asked for further drinks, and we had to take the soße with us otherwise we would have paid 0.50 cent - not recognizable logik. So I can't win anything good. we are not coming back!

the thai country located near the römerpassage has a very nice interior. the framework conditions. the service was courteous and the food didn't wait long. but the quality of eating – and this is the decisive one – was unfortunately everything but good. I had a curry dish with bark meat. the bark did not taste at all for bark meat but for rubber. also the spice of the court left to wish. That's better.

a rather disappointing eating experience had my wife and I in the thai country. the food was very faded and unhurried, simply tasteless. the menu card was quite worn out, greasy/klebrig and the prices were overcrowded several times with the current passes (I don't know, taste menu cards so a fortune? - a very often occurring fact also in other well-run restaurants). a simple hallo or good day when entering the restaurant would also be nice, the prices for the offered rather in the upper area. all in all no recommendation from me!

from the outside, the restaurant looks a bit ashamed and old; this impression is not confirmed at all. high quality tables and chairs as well as elaborate decoration make a beautiful ambiente. at midday it was very well visited and the midday card offers a huge selection. the service is dressed in the traditional land costume, which is beautiful. the lady was polite, but not cordial. the food came fast and was delicious, especially the curry. very positiw was highlighted for us that the Schärfe claims are really more intended for German than for Thai, which makes the food also edible for those who do not like it so sharply.
