I had one of the worst dining experiences ever. I ordered a medium rare steak, but it was served to me blue. When I raised my concern, the manager insisted that I was mistaken and that this was how medium rare was supposed to be served. He reluctantly agreed to bring me another medium rare steak, but it ended up being even more rare than the first one, with my plate pooling with blood—definitely not what you'd expect from a medium rare steak. The manager's attitude was extremely rude, and I noticed his mask was hanging under his mouth. I didn’t see any of the staff wash their hands, and the table was sticky.
