We had an excellent Sunday lunch that was presented well. The only issue was that the prices on the website were not updated, resulting in a higher bill than expected.

we have eaten three times here in the last months and enjoyed us enormously. eating is excellent, the portions large and the personal friendly and attentive. What can I say?

We reserved the bar for a private event and could not have chosen a better venue. The food was exceptional and the staff provided first-class service. We will definitely be using them again in the future. Ver carta

We went for food last week at the Bar having not been for a number of years and we were blown away, the service was amazing, the food was incredible and it was just a lovely atmosphere for a relaxing holiday meal! We will defo...be recommending to our friends and coming many times again

liam and his team have created a first class restaurant with a very high standard of eating and service. so good that they need to book a few days in advance. we have eaten about 10 times here and always enjoyed it. the menu. is extensive and varied, the Sunday dinners are excellent. we've tried everywhere and nowhere beats the bar. Booked in for Sunday lunch here on July 31st, and was so glad we did. The food is excellent. A variety of potatoes and vegetables, tasty meat, and lots of gravy. I had the lamb, and my sister had the beef . We both agreed...that this was one of the best Sunday lunches we have ever had out in a restaurant. Great service too. I always love to visit “The Bar” when I’m down visiting. Well done!

Ate here tonight. Scampi was bland and tasteless Wetherspoon’s can do better. The steak was grisly and unseasoned. We had a cheesecake that was tasteless and bland …. When I initially tried to book here they were full. So I asked for a recommendation...and they recommended the Alumchine in Neyland. The Alumchine is a far better restaurant, with much better food and more pleasant staff than The Bar. My advice… ear somewhere else! The Alumchine is excellent!!

Liam was able to accommodate us without any issues! This was one of the best dining experiences we have had in the 3 months we've been away. It was so good that we tried to make a second reservation, but unfortunately, they were fully booked. We were put on a waiting list for any cancellations, and luckily, someone canceled and we got a table. Our second visit was even better than the first, and we were well taken care of, especially considering one of us has a unique food allergy. A big thank you to Liam, Lee, and the rest of the team.
