"This hotel is run to the ground beds are all well worn and dirty full of stains I wish I took pictures I feel sick just thinking about it carpets are all ripped and worn bathroom the same the whole place needs a revamp with new furnishings the restaurant has nothing to do with the hotel it was beautiful thank god as it made our 1 night stay more capable it's definitely a 5 star restaurant shame on the hotel it's a big let down people have said in reviews they were refurbishing last year as building work was going on the work was definitely not in the hotel it needs closed down and gutted top to bottom booking .com and other booking places need to take it off the market there is definitely no heath and safety in this building do not waist your money here also pets are aloud omg I wouldn't be taking min in there will never return... Read review in local monthly.Traditional Turkish cuisine.Went to collect menu and nose around. Met by nice fella called Ali (boss).Menu shows good choices at regular prices. I'll be back, hungry.

The staff seemed a little impolite when they asked if I had ever been to a Turkish restaurant before. The prices were too high for the quality of food. Service was rated 3 out of 5, while the location was rated 4 out of 5.

The room was very basic with a small TV and minimal amenities. The shower had a sloped ceiling, making it uncomfortable to use. I could also hear my neighbors' noise from the adjoining room. Overall, I would rate the room as a 2 out of 10.

Bedrum is an absolute disaster. The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable, one of the worst I've ever experienced, and I'm Turkish, so I know what's bad! However, the food and drinks were top-notch, absolutely fantastic. The staff were amazing and we didn't have to wait long for our meals. The rooms were disappointing, only receiving a 1 rating. The service, on the other hand, was excellent, receiving a 5 rating. The location was decent, receiving a 4 rating. Overall, the hotel provided great value.
