Shabby, overpriced, chef has no pride in there dishes, plates dirty

The meal wasn’t worth the money they charge ! We will never go back nothing wrong with the service just childrens portions for adults !

we came for a family dinner. our waiter carl could not do enough for us. Eating was amazing and very friendly staff. would definitely recommend and would come back.

Calked yesterday fir lunch and both chose from the 2 fir £9.95 menu. Open chicken sandwich for 1, open pulled beef sandwich for the other, both with skinny fries, followed by 1 ice cream and 1 caramel apple betty. With 1 soft drink and 1...tap water bill was just over £20 . Excellent value for money. The food was well cooked and presented by friendly staff. Couldn’t have asked for more

First time visiting and it was really good. We were stopping next door in the premier inn for the night and purchased the meal deal with the room. 2 course meal and a drink and all you can eat breakfast the next morning for £27.99 great value and the dinner and breakfast were both equally as good. Our young children loved the kids' meals they had an ate every bit. Friendly staff throughout and fast service.

Had a really great meal at Beefeater at the weekend. The welcome was very warm and friendly, with great food, hot and generous portions. Particularly like to thank Allison, for whom nothing was too much trouble, and she looked after us very well, ensuring that...she checked on us to make sure everything was OK. She is a credit to the restaurant, and we hope that she receives the recognition that she deserves from the company. Thank you

Haven't been for years so with a 40% off food thought I'd give it a try again. Don't think I'd bother coming back. Ordered to be told the extractor fans had suddenly stopped so there may not be any food. We asked to be updated in the next 5 minutes but took the waiter nearly 20 to finally come back to us to say they would be cooking our food and it was 70 degrees in the kitchen. Other customers were told to leave. Food came and waitress nearly dropped the steak knife on my foot (I had sandles on too) the meal was very small a steak one small mushroom and less than a hand full of loaded chips for £22.
