"One of the worst service I have ever received. Friday night, a big group of colleagues and I, decided to come to this place and enjoy the night having drinks and dancing. When we arrived we took one of the free table and sat down...while enjoining our drinks. However, when the good music started to play we all stood up and hit the dance floor, leaving behind on the table our coats, bags etc. Then ,suddenly we noticed that our table was given to a group that just arrived and without asking, the waiter removed all our stuff and placed them somewhere else. When we noticed, we immediately questioned the waiter who didn’t know how to handle the situation, making silly excuses. We personally, felt that this was so unfair but not only, we also felt DISCRIMINATED, and so we requested to speak to the manager who arrived, after chatting to the waiter, with a very bad and aggressive attitude, and instead of apologiese she just demanded to show to her our drinks, to see if it was true that we were consuming. After showing it, she still made non-sense excuses to justify the waiter action. When I said to her that we were not happy with her outcome ,and requested to speak to someone higher, she dismissed me, called security and escorted me out. Bear it in mind that I was very calm, sober, but disappointed , therefore I was just on my right to get a plausible reason for their action, but it was denied and the easy escape for the manager was to call security. Then, all my friends came outside to support me. Apparently the owner was outside, laughing about the all situation and smoking without even acknowledging the fact that we were being mistreated. At the end, it was clear that the waiter was very unprofessional, the “manager” not only unprofessional, but also zero manners, zero people skills, zero empathy, but most importantly, zero customer service and more… (All quality that are expected from someone with the MANAGER title). A piece of advise: Don’t waste your time and money in this place because is not worthy. All they want is to sell drinks and make money without valuing customers. Once you spent a good amount of money, if necessary to make space for new customers, they just simply get rid of you unfairly."

Last night after dinner a night capsule visited. the interieur is very cozy and pleasant. the staff was extremely polite and professional. cocktails well and well presented. will definitely be back.

I was searching for a tropical themed place to have some drinks with friends and I was not dissapointed with the Beachcomber! Cocktails in here are pretty strong wich is really nice (not expensive water with mint like in many other places). Ver carta

absolutely loved this funny cozy Tiki bar. make sure they have the food too. Delicious sharing of eating with a Korean spin, and the cook is super friendly, he comes out and ensures that everyone is okay. everything is so good with the great selection of...cocktails great moods, friendly and happy!

of 5 we would rate this restaurant with 3. overall, the place is really nice great atmosphere that lasted for a long time. Unfortunately, the price left our total experience of £95, in which the food and service was not worth. £60 wouldn't recommend anyone because it's well overpriced for what it is.

Visited butlins this half term and eat a good few times at the beachcomber found the service to be great the food tasty and restaurant manager one of the best iv come across, his name is Sinan I beleive and being a manager myself in...the hospitality industry I know the hard work that goes into day to day running of such business. This man does it effortlessly and takes everything in his stride has a constant snails and could not do enough for you. We come 3/4 times per year and I will definitely be using this place again 5* Ver carta

Wow, what a gem of a place this is. We'd come down to London as a treat for my birthday staying at the Hilton just around the corner. My partner had recollections of this bar in a previous carnation when it was more latin themed....She suggested that we pop in for a quick cocktail and we ended up spending the whole evening there. Apart from having an impressive array of cocktails, they have an incredible range of rums on offer including a few that we hadn't heard of before. the cocktails were ok, they were definitiw not the best cocktails we had, but they are definitiw on the better side of the average. we didn't just have cocktails. the personal was professional and courteous, but the service was moderate. in my opinion, the cocktails are not brilliant, they are a little on the expensive side, but hey, I guess it's expensive to keep these walls in so much bamboo. sadly, the woman I think was probably the layer leader who made cash a service as she asked for payment and that was very irritating. that in turn made me check the bill that was fair was not the easiest task in this dimming light. note that for each drink they buy it add a 5% service charge. the bill...
