Food very good … couple of waitress issues .. spilled gravy on friend and wrong order but v pleasant and overall meal good.

We had an amazing Sunday lunch on Father's Day. We appreciated the option of a smaller roast. The food was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. I tried the vegetarian curry and it was delicious. The staff were all very friendly and I had a great time with my friends. I would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing Sunday lunch. The Belly pork was melt in the mouth, with perfect crispy skin. Plenty of veg and Roasties and the Lemon cheesecake…. Well Heavenly. Friendly, helpful staff a very pleasant way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Will definitely go back.

Most definitely highly recommend Sunday lunch, absolutely yummy I had the pork and hubby and son had the beef all 3 of us loved it,and the cheesecake made by Gingerlilly cakes was to die for.Chef and all staff so friendly and welcoming.Most definitely will be returning.Thankyou all Ver carta

This pub in New ownership is blossoming ,not completely up to speed it offers basic snacks ,coffee,and a good range of drinks. A lovely landlady,with a beautiful voice if you catch her singing to customers!!I Locals so pleased to see the doors open again and the beer garden on the mend.

Stopped by for an impulse evening meal. Very friendly greeting from the staff. Felt most welcome seated quickly. Interesting menu with a good choice of dishes. The Peri Peri chicken was delicious a generous portion served with chips a side salad. Was not going to have a dessert but then spied the cheesecake. Oh my word the Biscoff cheesecake was incredible the best I’ve ever tasted. Highly recommend The Bell we will definitely be returning.

I don't understand why it's so difficult to find an affordable roast dinner, but this one seemed alright at first. However, when our children wanted an extra slice of chicken and beef, the price increased from the original £10.95 per child's roast to £15.95! Paying that much for just one extra slice of meat seems outrageous. The roast itself was good, but they had run out of gravy so we couldn't have the extra we needed. We also tried a sticky toffee pudding, which was not only reasonably priced but also delicious. When the bill arrived, it said we had ordered 5 pints of beer even though we only had 4. When I questioned it, the lady admitted it was a mistake and took it off the bill. However... Ver carta
