Clean and quiet pub. The food is average to above average depending on what you order. The cheese ploughmans was disappointing. It was grated cheese and a small multi grain roll. The staff however, were excellent and accommodating.

Booking was done over the phone and got a slot easily enough. On arrival, we greeted to our table where we had a pint and then ordered our food The food prices were exceptional considering the size of food we had. Super fresh and full of taste! Really well looked after.

Popped in for a pint after work before making the trek back home. Very friendly staff at the bar, lots of places to sit in the garden it was a nice day, brill.... Seemed a lovely friendly atmosphere in the bar area too with wot seemed like a few local people, good bit of banter for a Friday evening Ver carta
