"the burgers were very good, but what caffe does not serve hot drinks?! the seats (seated seats and stools) were very unpleasant. the restaurant was quite cold and surprising, so was the recipe we got from the personal. it could be so much better. with some decent sitting places, a bit warm round and maybe a smile because eating was very delicious."

"mais d seemed like he could not give two hoots, was not interested in our open table reservation, he did not seem to follow them. he put our table of 5 on the back of the restaurant and was not helpful when we wanted to move. although it provides better tables. we have been using what we were offered when we were hungry (family.) our waiter was better what balanced the service. the food was good. delivered hot, service a little slow, but not the waiter mistakes. I looked understated. kitchen staff (we were next to them) were unprofessional and speak quite loud about how they want to date (for a better word) one of the waiter sisters. would not return to this two-g. not my previous experience of zizzi. I would have known that I had eaten in portsmouth. how it ruined our break a little."

"First time at Chichester branch. Came with the family to celebrate my parents 40th wedding anniversary. An excellent meal as always from Brasserie Blanc. Staff were welcoming, even with our very lively 4 year old, excellent service throughout. The only thing I would have preferred is to be on a round table instead of a long table as not able to chat easily with everyone but unfortunately with such a large party I don't believe they had a round table large enough. However I will continue to visit and recommend this fabulous chain, thank you BB for a lovely afternoon."

"The restaurant itself was not as warm/pleasant in terms of decor/setting as I'd expect from Carluccios; the atmosphere was more like a cafe. However our waiter was absolutely fantastic; he was very friendly and efficient, made us feel very welcome and did a great job. The food was absolutely delicious, even though they were short-staffed and only had one chef there."

"The service at this restaurant is always exceptional, with a fantastic staff. The food is consistently of top quality, hot and delivered promptly. Despite some criticism of the interior decor, we appreciate its rustic Italian style. If you have ever been to Italy, you would recognize this as the design of many restaurants. For those seeking a more modern ambiance, a fast food chain may be a better option. I would highly recommend this restaurant to all diners."
