Unfortunately the day we drove there with our mouths watering in anticipation of a much praised crab sandwich, sticker on the door saying no sandwiches or baguettes that day, only dressed crab. Oh well, try again in 2024 on our next holiday to the IOW

I enjoyed the lobster salad for lunch while sitting at an outdoor table, and I can’t recommend it enough. The photos in the advertisements don’t do this hidden gem justice. It’s definitely among my top three favorite places to eat, set in a stunning location surrounded by swans, ducks, and yachts.

What a fantastic place! The views are breathtaking, and the location is incredible. The service is friendly and top-notch, but the highlight is definitely the freshest crab and lobster you can imagine! They are literally caught by fishermen and served to you within an hour! Booked a table outside on a Sunday. Enjoy lovely views over the water. Simple menu but perfectly fresh and tasty. We had lobster and crab, the crab was amazing. We shared a mixed chilled bottle of Rose from Provence. All the staff were friendly and efficient. Unisex toilet nice and clean. Highly recommend. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

On a particularly windy and rainy day, the restaurant swayed slightly as we tried to eat due to the choppy sea. It made for an interesting experience, but we still enjoyed a great meal along with some drinks. Our group of seven had a lovely time. Please note, parking is limited on site, but you can find parking on the opposite verge if needed. Overall, we dined in for lunch.

I visited today to try the seafood platter after hearing great things about it, and I was not disappointed! The platter was absolutely delicious and definitely worth the price. It included a whole lobster, two dressed crabs, crevettes, prawns, mussels, and clams, along with salad and baguettes. What a fantastic discovery! The views were beautiful, and I can't wait to return soon. Ver carta
