We came to visit Chester for a few nights and have been dining out each night and honestly this was by far the best place we’ve visited!!!

Just wanted to say thank you so much for hosting my hen party afternoon tea. The food was amazing. The chef is wonderful. There was of us and it was all amazing. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Definitely recommended.

We had our early Valentine’s meal last night. We thoroughly enjoyed all of our choices. The presentation of the food was stylish, and very tasty. The chef had worked hard in making the flavours work together especially liked the cauliflower veloute. Thank you for an enjoyable evening.

We had a gorgeous Sunday Roast at the Black Dog on in a lovely cosy dome! Waiting on staff were great, especially our lovely waitress her accomplice were truly excellent, friendly and very efficient, Food very delicious too. Would highly recommend The Black Dog for Roast Dinner in a Dome! We will be back again soon.... For dinner in a Dome!!
