Ambiance très conviviale, large choix de bières et whiskies. Plats excellents et très copieux, mention spéciale au magret. Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable.

Établissements charmant et paisible , avec 2 magnifiques terrasses service agréable et sympathique Cuisine copieuse simple mais efficace et très bonne qualité avec des produits frais . Le top . et en plus avec des prix attractifs. passage obligé si vous êtes sur le secteur pensez à reserver car ce restaurant et très convoité

Un accueil super de la part de toute l'équipe, une ambiance très sympa, des plats savoureux et copieux cuisinés avec les produits du terroir, un endroit et une vue formidables, le mélange des genres (pub Irlandais - cuisine Périgourdine) savamment réussi, bref, ne surtout pas quitter le Périgord Noir sans passer une soirée au Black Duck!

Nous y sommes allés l'année dernière, nous retournons en Dordogne, mais nous n'irons pas manger là. Mon mari et moi avions pris du cassoulet, mon mari était cuit et moi pas du tout, des haricots pas cuit c'est immangeables, mon fils avait pris une entrecôte, elle était dure et les frites n'en parlons pas. We were recommend this restaurant by our Airbnb hosts and went there for lunch whilst visiting France. When we turned up it was very busy and we were told we wouldn’t be able to eat. So we decided to stay for a drink and the owner managed to find us some duck legs from the kitchen ! The food was very tasty and the service was good. Would go back again if we were in the area, but we would recommend that you book beforehand.

I had a toast with a local cheese, that was not too bad, although the toast was rather dark, but my husband had the cassoulet which was really tasteless, we suspected it was just out of a can and thrown into a pot, it had absolutely no taste and the meat that was in it was either fat or something that did not have any flavour. We certainly won't go there again. Waitress was not interested either, I think she did not like her job.

Friendly staff. Ordered fish and chips. It was clearly out of apacket not freshly made as would be expected at a restaurant. The actual cod was processed and very thin, It just tasted of oil. The chips were also pre prepoaared from a frozen packet not fresh and tasted of the same disgusting oil. Ithink they probably didn't have their fryers running at a suffieciently hot temperature and the food absorbed too much oil. The worst fish and chips I have ever had. I will not reurn, they clearly had no pride in the quality of their food Ver carta
