"So we were looking for a nice restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday, with our two kids. My wife is a lover of seafood so found really positive reviews for The Boys Italian Seafood Restaurant. It's hidden away down Queen Street in Gravesend a quiet area of the town close to parking. OMG this is heaven if you, like my missus, love all foods that come out of an ocean or river. What can I say. Great food (couldn't fault anything at all), very good service, very friendly family run business, reasonably priced too. They specifically made a fresh pizza for our three year old son (it was delicious by the way). If you, like us, love seafood....or if you want to grab a freshly made true Italian pizza, then I'd recommend The Boys anytime. We're so impressed we will be going back real soon."

Fab little restaurant. It is a seafood restaurant and you can smell the fresh fish/seafood as you enter but it wears off. Lovely menu. Very italian. Fantastic service and ambiance. Highly recommend.

It was my first time and I enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere was very welcoming and I certainly will go back. The food was good and I was comparing with my recent experience with Whitstable and I thought this was as good if not better. I need to see what else they do.

delicious food. we had the seafood ofgole suppe and scallops with speck and sawn to begin, followed by the dorsch in tomatensauce with kapern, and kabeljau with ei, both were absolutely delicious, best Italian cuisine I had in the old. If you like to eat good, you can't be wrong. decoration could be with a refreshment, but I was woven 100% by eating.

We popped in on a Saturday night for dinner. The Boys has an absolutely lovely seafood menu, all freshly cooked and with authentic Italian flavours. We were so impressed with everything we had to eat, particularly the lobster tails with asparagus and the gnocchi with crayfish. Not only did it taste amazing, but the presentation was beautiful too. The restaurant was nearly empty, but I can't understand why as it is a great place to eat. If you haven't been and you enjoy seafood you really should give it a try. My only complaint is the toilet, the folding door has a gap down the middle when closed, which anyone passing could peek through. As a female you feel very exposed and it's nothing a ch...

"I 'm not a vegan, hell I 'm not even vegetarian but that doesn 't mean you can 't eat vegan food and I do enjoy eating v/vg food regularly so my review is from the viewpoint of someone that simply looks at this type of food as, 'is it objectively good? ' rather than comparing it to meat alternatives because frankly you can get two drastically different pork sausage rolls so comparing vegan to meat is the wrong way to look at things imo. I 've been to Vegan Antics three times and tried their cupcakes, biscuit slices, sausage rolls, pasties, paninis and jacket potatoes. I have to say that I have broadly enjoyed everything that I 've tried from there. The tuna mayo jacket potato the first time really was excellent both in terms of flavour and texture and the pasties are soft, flaky and comforting. The biscuit slices were really good and the only items we were indifferent about were the cupcakes where the sponge had a slightly unusual flavour to it but this could be a one off and we 'll certainly try them again. I do plan on trying their other offerings such as the freakshakes and hot dog so I will update my review but overall I think it 's a great cafe offering excellent vegan food. Slightly marked down on service as whilst the staff are lovely and informative, it was quite a wait for my food despite pre-ordering but it looked like that might be down do the capacity of the equipment as opposed to anything else."
