Christmas meal for 31 including 2 toddlers in highchairs. Plenty of space in the conservatory. Delicious carvery. Salmon was very tasty too. Big portion starters! Desserts went down a treat.

WILL NOT find a better place for a carvery! The staff are top-notch! Always polite and looking to serve. Ty (the chef) was a gentleman! Very generous indeed and very polite. Even the men’s toilets at this place are 10/10.

Had a great Sunday lunch here. Food was delicious. A good choice of vegetables. Friendly and family oriented pub. Very cool inside on an expectionaly hot day. Lovely desserts. Staff were welcoming and cheerful. Takeaway carvery was also available.

Very nice Sunday carvery. Meal was hot and the meat was delicious. Sadly my eyes are always bigger than my belly ,as I can never finish it!!! We were there for 2.30 and it was very busy,but excellent service. Sadly the vegetarian option is very lacking. A very dry ,small nut roast. No other options.

I came here for a meal with my family and the food was absolutely stunning. We all had different dishes and everyone's food looked so tasty! I would definitely advise booking though as we came on a Monday evening and it was very busy. The staff are also extremely welcoming and friendly, such a lovely place!

We visited the bridge today for a Sunday lunch. My wife called yesterday and the staff very kindly fitted us in at short notice. We were greeted by friendly and polite staff and didn’t have to wait around to be served. Food was good quality with plenty of choice and again we didn’t queue too long. The feel that the price we paid for a Sunday was fair and would return again. Thanks.

I absolutely loved this place, my friend and I went out for a meal here. It was lovely. The staff was so attentive, friendly chatty and like a laugh. The food was out of this world. I had roast belly pork with bacon and leek sauce, chips and cabbage, beautiful, I will be going back there for food. I could and would give this place 100/10. Thank you for a lovely meal and the staff being so friendly. This is a definitely home from home.

Called in for a carvery and was met by a member of staff (possibly manager) who was pleasant and efficient. We were a bit late for lunch as it was about 13.45 and the carvery was low on veg and the meat looked really dry. However we were pleasantly surprised as the food was hot and actually tasted lovely. One of the nicest carveries I’ve ever had and will definitely be visiting again. A beautifully decorated pub with plenty of car parking and lovely staff and food.

Visited with friends who live locally on Sunday. The carvery Sunday lunch was excellent. A choice of beef, turkey and ham with a wide selection of vegetables. All perfectly cooked. The meat melted in your mouth. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive and despite the place being busy they served the food quickly and efficiently. All the tables were safely spaced out and it did not feel crowded. We had a lovely meal and would go again if we were in the area. The only problem we had was trying to park in the crowded car park although we did find a space when someone left and the toilets although very clean and well maintained had a slightly puzzling configuration and were not obvious...
