Went twice. Both times we received excellent service and exceptional meals. There were 8 meals in total over the 2 days allowing us to see a variety of dishes. All were fantastic but of particular note was the pork skewers and the venison.

When I booked dinner last week it sounded as if they were so short of staff we might not get fed at all. However on the day we were welcomed, shown to a table and our order taken promptly. The food, wild venison arrived with a lovely bottle of red wine. An excellent meal.

Tempted out of our usual veggie inclinations by the great range of steaks and venison. Well worth it: absolutely delicious! And the profiteroles were outstanding!Excellent service, despite being short-staffed. You have to book though, as they're limiting numbers at the moment.

Best scallops I've ever had!It's a lovely cozy little place. The whiskey menu was impressive, there was plenty of food options and the staff were fantastic. The one thing for me was rhe Scallop starter... Omg! The best I've ever had! Not many places can get those right but oh my! The food all round was really really good. We cannot wait to return! 100% worth a visit
