Came upon this lovely pub on a walk. Beautiful village and very nice inside the pub too. Quite busy with farmhands chatting when we arrived, so good atmosphere. Bar staff very friendly. Would recommend.

Popped in to get a Sunday lunch but were told a large party was just being seated so there'd be a wait. As we didn't have time to wait, we drank our sodas in the garden and agreed to return at another, less busy time. Ver carta

Friendly welcome in this lovely village pub. Would have been great to have seen the fire roaring as adds to the warmth and atmosphere. Food was lovely and service efficient but it was quiet. Definitely recommend and would return.

Almost a year to the day since my last visit and had nice lunch of scampi, homemade chips, and peas. Really enjoyed it. Like the fact they stock local beer from the Grainstore Brewery too, some good pints to be had. Not often I find...
