Was lucky enough to be in Billingshurst this weekend and experience the wonderful food of The Chef Thai Billingshurst. The food is fresh and cooked really well. I had the crispy chilli duck with sweet chilli sauce which was amazing. The service was excellent, efficient and always with a smile. The restaurant is small and very popular, so make sure you book advance. Loved it so much, we ate there twice in three days. Parking: There is paid for parking outside of the restaurant which is small and free after 7.30pm. However, it is seriously regulated during the day and apparently the parking attendant is a zealot so make sure you comply with the parking regulations. Ver carta
