Great pub food. Would definitely go again when I'm down in Plymouth

A pleasant experience, food good, waitress very attentive a nice late lunch.

Our third visit always made very welcome friendly staff good service good price and excellent food.we will be going back when we are here again

After over £400 the staff were unhelpful, lied to our faces, steak was overcooked. Refused to offer anything to compensate the issues. Not the first time they've done this.

Evening meal with friends the 2 course set meal at £14.50 was excellent value, had the prawn lobster cocktail and then fish and chips, could not be faulted, washed down with a few pints of peroni

Absolutely amazing meal , drinks and lovely atmosphere but the best part of the night was Nikki, she was fantastic and so funny and was really helpful when we were choosing as it was our first time eating here. We will 100% be back :

Always enjoy going to the China House, its such a fabulous building with great views across Sutton Harbour. It was a winters day today but I defy you to find a better place to sit outside and take in the view when the weather is warm and sunny. Both of us had the roast beef which was cooked nice and pink and beautifully tender. The vegetables and potatoes were plentiful and tasty, all in all a nice lunch in a great place.

First time at a Miller and Carter and I have to say the food is AMAZING!!! The steak was cooked to perfection and the beef dripping sauce was like seventh heaven!!! Bonoffee Pie was Exquisite too! Our Server Nicola was very friendly and accommodating and made sure I had the Gluten-free and Lactose free options and that my partner didn't have anything with white onion in... DEFINITELY will be back again!!! 10/10 Miller and Carter!!!

Very nice cosy and welcoming atmosphere, all the steaks had a small bit of fat but the taste made it value for money. The fish dishes were only comparable to the taste of sheer luxury and the waiter was friendly in describing the exotic tastes so we know as much as we can about what we are ordering and you better be placing your bets that they were right. I am told by the people who accompanied me on this meal that the strawberry sling cocktail was ‘fruity, delicious and highly recommended to other gin-lovers’. Everything from the herbs used in the Caesar sauce to the exact time the steak was cooked for and the bubbles in the Pepsi to the size of the chips was catered for and worth the mone...
